WWE team claims referee messed up in tonight's RAW match

Popular WWE duo Sonya Deville and Chelsea Green have claimed that the referee messed up the three count in the former's match on this week's RAW.

On the latest episode of RAW, Raquel Rodriguez and Sonya Deville locked horns in a one-on-one bout. Rodriguez secured the win after delivering a powerbomb to her opponent.

Following the match, Sonya Deville and Chelsea Green appeared in a backstage interview. The duo claimed that the match official messed up the count, which ultimately resulted in Deville's loss on the red brand. Here's what the 29-year-old had to say about her match against Rodriguez:

"Clearly, it's one, two, three. I had her [Rodriguez] shoulders down for one, two, three. We should be the winners, but you know what? Tonight doesn't even matter because next week in the Fatal Four-Way Match, we will finally get some sort of rematch for the tag team title. But oh! Liv [Morgan] is hurt, so we don't get to face her, we get three random tag teams."

Green added that the match between Sonya and Raquel doesn't matter because next week, they are walking out as the new Women's Tag Team Champions.

Sonya Deville and Chelsea Green will face three other tag teams for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship

Deville and Green were recently scheduled to face Rodriguez and Morgan for the Women's Tag Team Championship. But unfortunately for the former champions, Morgan got injured. As a result, the duo had to vacate the title.

On the May 29 episode of RAW, four teams will compete to crown the new WWE Women's Tag Team Champions.

The Fatal 4-Way bout will consist of Raquel Rodriguez & Shotzi, Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler, Damage CTRL (Bayley & IYO SKY), and Chelsea Green & Sonya Deville.

It remains to be seen which duo will be crowned the new Women's Tag Team Champions. Nonetheless, a Fatal 4-Way contest sounds interesting, and fans worldwide will root for their favorite tandem to win the title.
