WWE veteran predicts what will happen if Roman Reigns goes after The Bloodline following SummerSlam
Roman Reigns finally made his much anticipated WWE return at the 2024 SummerSlam Premium Live Event in Cleveland. Recently, wrestling veteran Bully Ray shared his thoughts on a potential scenario if The Big Dog were to be involved in a feud with The Bloodline 2.0 moving ahead.
The Biggest Party of The Summer witnessed the 39-year-old star coming back as the Original Tribal Chief and attacking Solo Sikoa during the latter's Undisputed WWE Championship match against Cody Rhodes.
The Big Dog unleashed a devastating Superman Punch and a Spear on his cousin, allowing The American Nightmare to retain his title. Rhodes and Roman Reigns engaged in a tense staredown before the PLE went off the air, fueling speculation about a potential third match between the two men.
On the Busted Open podcast, Bully Ray speculated that a potential feud between the Original Tribal Chief and Solo Sikoa's version of The Bloodline could be a captivating storyline that might "overshadow" The American Nightmare's next rival.
"If Roman [Reigns] goes over to The Bloodline, and he's taking care of the family business, that is going to be such an important story that I think it will overshadow, outshine, maybe whoever Cody's [Rhodes] next opponent is," Ray said. [From 8:14 to 8:33]
