WWE veteran questions relationship between Vince McMahon and his wife: "It may have been worth it" (Exclusive)
A former WWE name recently spoke about his doubts regarding the relationship between Vince McMahon and his wife, Linda. According to him, the relationship may have been motivated by something other than love.
Vince McMahon is by no means a non-controversial person, having been frequently accused of several things in the past. Most recently, he has been embroiled in a messy lawsuit where he was accused of s*x trafficking, among other allegations. In a recent conversation about the Netflix docuseries titled, Mr. McMahon, WWE veteran Dutch Mantell spoke about his experiences dealing with various members of the McMahon family.
Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's SmackTalk show, Mantell felt that Linda McMahon was among the nicest in the entire McMahon family and wondered how she even put up with the former CEO of WWE. He felt their partnership had to do with a lot more than just love.
"Stephanie, she was a nice lady. But the nicest one I found out of all of them was... It was Linda. Very nice. And I am thinking one day, I am thinking, how in the h*ll did she put up with that guy [Vince McMahon] all these years. But now, you look at the money she has, well it may have been worth it," he said. [4:58 onwards]

The WWE veteran also spoke about how Shane McMahon was behind the scenes
According to Dutch Mantell, Shane McMahon was considerably different from his father Vince when it came to dealing with people.
On the same episode of SmackTalk, Mantell laid down his thoughts about how he felt a strange sensation while interacting with Vince McMahon one-on-one. However, Shane was apparently a different case altogether.
"Now Shane, on the other hand, very nice guy. I think you were able to sit down with Shane, and have a normal conversation. And without them just going completely bonkers like Vince would do sometimes," he said. [4:41 onwards]
As of now, Shane McMahon is rumored to appear in AEW somewhere down the line. It remains to be seen if the rumors linking him to the Jacksonville-based promotion turn out to be true.
