Xavier Woods sets the record straight after The New Day faces another hostile reception on WWE RAW
The New Day faced a hostile reception from the WWE Universe on this week's RAW. Following the show, Xavier Woods took to X/Twitter and sent a bold message on behalf of himself and Kofi Kingston.
Woods and Kingston betrayed their now-former stablemate Big E during the 10-year anniversary celebration of The New Day on the December 2, 2024, edition of RAW. The former WWE Champion offered to be Kofi and Xavier's manager until he was cleared to return. However, Woods and Kingston rejected the offer and claimed E wasn't there for them when they needed the most.
Woods and Kingston were confronted by multiple superstars on last night's RAW, including Dominik Mysterio, who also thought The New Day took things quite far with Big E. Even Kofi's mother refused to embrace his son while sitting at ringside.
On Twitter/X, Woods shared a set of photos with Kingston and sent a bold message, setting the record straight.
"We didn't make it this far by accident," Woods wrote.

Vince Russo believes WWE has no idea with Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston's New Day storyline
Vince Russo has made a major claim about Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston's current New Day storyline. He believes the creative team has no idea where the angle is going.
Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW, Russo stated the story hasn't progressed in the last couple of weeks.
"They probably have no idea where they are going with this, Chris. I guarantee you. This is what they do when they don't know what to do with something... We've seen them two weeks now, and the story has not moved forward at all."
Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston have won multiple tag team championships alongside Big E. The New Day, in general, has achieved a lot of success.
Unfortunately, in 2022, Big E suffered a neck injury during a match against Sheamus and Ridge Holland on WWE SmackDown. The former New Day member underwent multiple surgeries and has yet to be cleared by doctors to return to the ring.
