"You're next" - Cody Rhodes reacts after major announcement outside WWE
The reigning Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes recently took to social media to send a message after his major announcement outside of the Stamford-based promotion. The American Nightmare is currently one of the top babyfaces in the company.
Since returning to World Wrestling Entertainment in 2022, Rhodes has cemented his legacy among the greatest names to ever step inside the squared circle. The 39-year-old is currently in a heated feud with The Bloodline and is set to team up with his former rival, Roman Reigns, to take on Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu in a tag team match at the Bad Blood Premium Live Event on October 5, 2024.
Ahead of this much-anticipated match, Cody Rhodes took to X/Twitter to send a message about his upcoming major appearance outside of the WWE. Rhodes revealed that he would be present in Nashville for a meet and greet on October 4, 2024.
"You’re next, Nashville! See you soon. Thanks @WheatleyVodka," he wrote.

Tommy Carlucci wants to see Cody Rhodes defend his WWE title against a former Bloodline member
After Jey Uso's massive victory over Bron Breakker on this week's edition of Monday Night RAW, Tommy Carlucci talked about what it meant for Jey to win the Intercontinental Championship.
On an edition of the Behind The Turnbuckle: The Last Word podcast, Carlucci said that he believed The Yeet Master could now go on to face The American Nightmare someday in the future.
The former WWE personality also mentioned that he would love to see Jey Uso vs. Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship.
"To Jey alone, it means a ton. It means that this guy is on his way to be, maybe someday very soon, to be up there going against Cody, who knows, right? I would love to see that. I would love to see Cody and Jey go at it, man," he said.
It will be interesting to see what the Stamford-based promotion has planned for Cody Rhodes' title run after the Bad Blood Premium Live Event.
