Zelina Vega shares an emotional message following WWE RAW loss

WWE Superstar Zelina Vega recently shared an emotional post for her fans on social media. The former Women's Tag Team Champion participated in the Battle Royal to determine the number-one contender for the Women's World Championship in her latest in-ring appearance on the most recent edition of Monday Night RAW.

The LWO member began the Battle Royal strong by eliminating American Made's Ivy Nile, to whom Vega lost last week. It was the only elimination the erstwhile Queen of the Ring could affect, as former NXT Women's Champion Kairi Sane punched her with a clenched fist onto the floor from the ring apron.

Zelina Vega recently took to her Instagram stories to share a heartfelt message with her fans. She posted a picture of herself and mentioned the organic support she has received from the WWE Universe despite not having much backing.

"Love you, ZV ARMY! I love how organically mine you are. No backing; no one fed me to you or shoved my dopeness down your throat; you are genuinely down for me and ride for me no matter what. Thank you🙏," Vega wrote.

Zelina Vega opens up about her next WWE goal

Despite her significant popularity among wrestling fans, Zelina Vega has not held a title in over two years. The 33-year-old is still seeking her first singles WWE championship.

In an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda Wrestling's Senior Editor, Bill Apter, Zelina Vega expressed her gratitude for having gotten an opportunity to work with names like Rey Mysterio and Andrade. She further reflected on her achievements within the wrestling promotion and emphasized that her ultimate goal was to capture the elusive WWE Women's Championship and prove her naysayers wrong.

"I feel like I've gotten the chance to do some amazing things and work with some amazing people. Andrade, and obviously, I got to work very closely with Rey. I got to be the first ever Queen of the Ring and tag champion, but I've never actually gotten to be WWE Women's Champion. So that's my goal. It's something that I really wanted to do and prove that I can do. There's been so many doubters and people who thought I couldn't do any of what I've accomplished," Vega said. [From 0:38 onwards]
