Jax lost her first WrestleMania match by pinfall after three competitors, Charlotte Flair, Sasha Banks, and Bayley went for a triple powerbomb on her. During her second WrestleMania match, Jax attacked Mickie James who was in alliance with titleholder Alexa Bliss. She went for a Samoan drop on Bliss in the match and won the RAW Women's Title which marked her first major title in her wrestling career.

Jax was a participant at WrestleMania 35 in 2019 with Tamina for the Women's Tag Team Title in a fatal four-way tag team match but lost. Nia Jax entered WrestleMania 37 in 2021 as the WWE Women's Tag Team Titleholder with Shayna Baszler.
