Nikki Bella's status with WWE, Sasha Banks - RAW, Backstage word on Bryan, WWE sign legend

Nikki Bella has been working hurt for a while

- Reports indicate that record-breaking former WWE Divas champion Nikki Bella has been working through injuries for a while now and hasn’t taken a break to heal up as she was in the midst of a title reign.

However, having lost her title at last night’s WWE Night of Champions, she might be looking at a relaxed schedule as she isn’t keen on taking too much of time away from the ring.

- Last week’s RAW match between Sasha Banks and Paige is said to have been asked to ‘go home’ early as the referee took a call following the nasty looking german suplex spot from Paige on Banks.

Sasha was supposedly tested for concussion backstage. Following that match, Sasha hasn’t been seen in action and even at the Night of Champions PPV, she was backstage as part of Team B.A.D, keeping a close eye on the Divas title match between NikKi Bella and Charlotte.

- It has been reported on Daniel Bryan being keen on being cleared by the WWE officials, which hasn’t happened yet due to the concerns they have with regards to Bryan’s physical health. However, Bryan has gone ahead and got himself cleared by an outside health practitioner and is pushing hard to be cleared by the WWE officials as he really doesn’t want to lose out on capitalising on any momentum he has had built so far.

After Roman Reigns’s planned monstrous babyface run didn’t exactly materialise like it was planned, it was Daniel Bryan who was pegged to take the no.2 babyface position in the company. However, he got hurt again which led him to forfeit the intercontinental title he had won at Wrestlemania 31. Bryan want to reclaim his position as the second biggest face in the company.

- Among the action figures WWE fans have available at their disposal, add former WWE champion ‘Psycho’ Sid Eudy to the list. Sid has been signed by the WWE to a Legends deal for licensing and merchandising.

Sid had 2 memorable runs in the WWF in the 90s’, capped by a WWE title run which he started on after he beat Shawn Michaels at Survivor Series 1996. Apart from WWE, he has also had notable runs in WCW and other pro wrestling organisations.
