NJPW News: Cody Rhodes joins the Bullet Club
Kenny Omega made a huge announcement at NJPW World Tag League Finals 2016 earlier today when he came out to address the crowd. He teased the identity of the new Bullet Club member, initially making the crowd think that it was Ryback, He then told the crowd he refused to speak Japanese anymore so he had gotten a video made to reveal the identity of the new member.

The video revealed the new Bullet Club member to be none other than Cody Rhodes who introduced himself as the grandson of a plumber in the vignette. The vignette itself was brilliant and a great way to Hype up Cody’s arrival. It made him seem like a big deal, something that WWE had never done. Omega followed the vignette by announcing that the bullet Club had broken the bank to sign Cody Rhodes. He told the fans that Rhodes would bring a path of destruction with him as phase 2 of the Bullet CLub's global takeover was about to begin.
Rhodes left WWE earlier this year after being unhappy with his position in the company and has since then wrestled for both TNA and ROH. His in-ring debut at New Japan pro wrestling is yet to come and will probably take place at Wrestle Kingdom 11 on January 4th, 2017.
