Opinion: The Young Bucks should face these two WWE legends at ALL IN
Well, it's the talk of the town nay the world. Cody and The Bucks did it. All In sold out.
Even more shockingly, in less than 30 mins - and even more shockingly again, with only one match announced for the 10,000 capacity event!
So, with Cody Rhodes set to challenge Nick Aldis for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship and a plethora of talent already announced, one of the big questions is, "Who will the Young Bucks face?"
I mean, they are two of the three men responsible for putting on the show, so they deserve a huge match - and I know exactly who they should face, if they can get this one talent to join them for All In.
Well, this one goes all the way back to January. The Young Bucks tweeted out that they'd love to face two WWE legends and, well, former champions.
One of them is already All In - and the other, well, he does what he wants!
Who would team with Rey? Well, you have some impressive talent already on the card who could easily be the fourth man for this dream match, like Fenix and Pentagon Jr, but there's one man the Bucks and Cody probably wouldn't need to try too hard to convince - and, well, the desire is definitely there on one half of this prospective match.
Back in January, the Young Bucks tweeted out the above and, while it didn't seem too far off back then, it's all that much more likely now.
At that point, Chris Jericho was fresh off his history-making match against Kenny Omega in Japan when this photo of the two WWE legends surfaced online and the seven-time IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions said they'd jump at the chance to face off against two former WWE World Champions.
Well, Jericho and Mysterio have been friends for a very long time, with Chris Jericho recently listing Rey as one of his five favourite opponents of all time and with The Young Bucks and Cody already appearing on Jericho's Rock 'n' Rager at Sea, it doesn't seem like an impossible get.
After all, Jericho pretty much does what he wants in wrestling these days, and Y2J has definitely earned that much.
While it seemed like Mysterio may be heading back to WWE after his appearances at the Royal Rumble and Greatest Royal Rumble, the Master of the 619 looks to be following Jericho into NJPW with his debut being postponed due to injury, but now set for later this month - and Rey confirmed he'll be competing at All In.
Jericho, on the other hand, is a man at the helm of his own destiny right now. While he's always been seen as a WWE guy, the nine-time Intercontinental Champion has maintained that he'll go where the captivating stories are.
The former WWE Champion has found himself back in NJPW preparing to take on Naito, while filling the time in between with his Talk Is Jericho podcast, a one-man show with Inside The Ropes, touring with his band Fozzy and, well, running his own tour which sees giants from the worlds of comedy, rock and wrestling come together for a cruise later this year!
While this may be a match no-one had ever dared dream about, Nick Jackson's tweet sent my mind into a frenzy - and I would LOVE to see Chris Jericho at All In.
To see Y2J team with Rey Mysterio and face off against one of the greatest tag teams in the world? I'd be all in for that.
Book it, Cody, Matt, and Nick!
