Why Matt Riddle should be the one to retire Brock Lesnar
The Goal
Ever since bagging a lucrative NXT contract with the WWE, Matt Riddle has been making waves on social media and the WWE Universe as a whole. A former professional MMA fighter, Riddle is the ultimate package and is being touted by many as a future main event player.

More importantly, Matt Riddle has stated multiple times in the past that his ultimate goal is to retire the fearsome beast, Brock Lesnar! And if you've seen this guy in the ring, you won't doubt his statement one bit.
A Legit Badass
Upon his arrival in the UFC, Matt Riddle went on to win four consecutive matches, before he was tested positive for Marijuana and was subsequently fired. After spending some time on the indie wrestling scene, Riddle was signed by WWE.
It didn't take him much time to become a fan favourite. Famously known as "The King of Bros", Riddle has the personality, charisma and physique to become a legit superstar on the Raw brand. He has made it perfectly clear that he wants to be the guy who retires the former UFC champion, Brock Lesnar.
Looking at Riddle's stiff wrestling style, the kind of punches he throws, and his famous kick to the head, it's no wonder why he is making these statements with such confidence. Barring any unforeseen injuries, Riddle could very well become a part of the main roster by the year 2020, in time for a marquee match at the grandest stage of them all, WrestleMania 36!
An Exciting Scenario
Brock Lesnar isn't getting any younger, and the WWE Universe is visibly getting tired of him, where he spends most of his time at home and rarely defends the Universal title.
A loss to "The Architect", Seth Rollins, at WrestleMania, could send Lesnar on a year long rampage, destroying superstar after superstar for months to come, until "The King of Bros" steps up to the beast. This could lead to an extensive program that leads to a retirement match at WrestleMania 36, where Matt Riddle finally puts the beast to sleep, ridding the WWE Universe of Brock Lesnar.
