Opinion: Why Triple H should fight and win at WrestleMania 35

There have been many great Superstars to have graced the WWE's sacred square circle but there aren’t many who knew what’s best for business like Triple H.

The Game is a bonafide legend of the sport and has done everything that is to be done in the company. From winning the Royal Rumble to main-eventing WrestleMania, Triple H has done it all.

Talking about WrestleMania, the 35th edition is what the WWE Universe is waiting for. Triple H has cut down his in-ring appearances to a minimum these days with him being much more aligned towards the corporate duties.

But keeping all this in mind, The Game has performed at WrestleMania over the last few years irrespective of his executive duties and the WWE Universe wouldn’t want that to stop any time soon.

This brings us to the upcoming 'Mania, which will be the 35th edition of WWE's biggest pay-per-view! The game's presence at the biggest stage of them all is in serious jeopardy due to the injury he picked up at Crown Jewel, when he teamed up with Shawn Michaels against the Brothers of Destruction - Kane and The Undertaker.

Over the years, Triple h has main-evented WrestleMania on one too many occasions and is a major drawing factor to the biggest WWE event of the year.

Why should Triple H compete?

Not many current Superstars possess the stardom, the fan following like that of Triple H. The game is a veteran who rocks the entire arena whenever he shows up. The 14-time world champion sells tickets and an event where Triple H is scheduled to appear is nothing but a sure shot success.

While this portrays why Triple H's presence is best for business, let's hop onto a fan's perspective. The Game doesn't show up every week and WrestleMania remains the only place where he is every year and we as fans don't want to miss that opportunity.

Why should Triple H win?

Over the years the game has put over many Superstars. The list of Superstars who defeated the 14-time world champion includes legends like John Cena, Batista and many more. But the recent trend doesn't sound very convincing when Triple H's status as one of the greatest of all time is discussed.

The Cerebral Assassin has won just once in the previous 5 Manias, a number which is quite shocking! Having lost to stars like Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Daniel Bryan and Ronda Rousey (along with Kurt Angle), Triple H has helped many Superstars in making a name for themselves.

Triple H is a major star whose power is undeniable but letting the game lose at every WrestleMania will make things a bit more predictable and will hamper The Game's reputation as a seriously tough competitor.

A win for Triple H is what fans want and is exactly what that should happen at WrestleMania 35.
