Owens on Raw, Goldust mocks Owens, WWE ESPN segment and more

Will Owens be the new WWE WHC?

– Kevin Owens has achieved a lot in a very little time in the WWE.

Owens has been a former NXT Champion, has contested for the US Title and is currently holding the Intercontinental Championship. The WWE World Heavyweight Championship has been vacated by Seth Rollins due to his injury and Owens has his sights set on the greatest title in the company. The tournament for the title featured Owens against Titus in round 1. 

Owens who was speaking with JoJo after the match said that even though Titus is a strong person, he could beat him up. He added that his goal is to be the WWE Champion and he will not only be the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion but also be the first one to hold the Intercontinental Championship as well as WWE WHC.

– Goldust has been teasing in the past few months on twitter about a comeback. Goldust has been injured since a long time and is currently sparring on twitter with Kevin Owens. It looks like Goldust is coming after Owens and his Intercontinental Championship when he makes is return. This is what Goldust tweeted.

– ESPN has had a very good tie up recently with the WWE. Sportscenter which is hosted by Jonathan Coachman has seen stars such as Seth Rollins,

John Cena and the Usos make an appearance on the show. The latest superstar to feature is King Barrett and the episode will be aired on Tuesday. Barrett was also involved in a blink and you miss segment with Wayne Rooney at the Raw in Manchester.

– It looks like Curtis Axel has finally had enough from the WWE creative. Axel is considered as a very good wrestler but has been on the wrong side of the WWE creative with nonsensical gimmicks such as Axelmania.

Axel tweeted Triple H that he deserved to be in the tournament for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship and said he was ready to ‘Sell Out’.
