Paul Heyman to change his character and return with a major star Triple H punished? 4 ways The Wiseman can return to WWE following SmackDown
Paul Heyman was last seen on WWE programming at the end of June. He refused to acknowledge Solo Sikoa as his Tribal Chief, which led to the Sikoa-led Bloodline assaulting him and putting him through an announce table.
The Wiseman has reportedly been backstage in WWE for a while. It seemed like he would return after Roman Reigns showed up at SummerSlam, but the Stamford-based promotion is apparently holding back on his next appearance.
So without further ado, let's take a look at four ways Paul Heyman can return to WWE.
#4. Paul Heyman could appear on WWE RAW to talk to Jey Uso
Roman Reigns got some backup in the form of Jimmy Uso, but the two of them are not able to take down The Bloodline on their own. Solo Sikoa and his men have brutalized them for the past two weeks on SmackDown.
They wanted Jey Uso's help but the Intercontinental Champion does not want to be a part of the family drama again.
In a backstage segment on the latest episode of the blue brand, Roman Reigns told Jimmy Uso that if Paul Heyman was by his side, The Wiseman would have handled the Jey situation easily. This may be a hint that the Special Counsel will be back soon.
The upcoming episode of WWE RAW will take place in Philadelphia, a city that is very special to Paul Heyman because that is where ECW (a promotion he ran) was born.
Therefore, he could return this Monday and try to convince Jey Uso to return to SmackDown and help Roman Reigns and Jimmy Uso.
#3. Paul Heyman could help Roman Reigns defeat Solo Sikoa if they face off
Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa have had plenty of brawls over the past few months. It may finally be time for them to have a proper match because it is the only way to settle their dispute.
WWE could book an encounter between them at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia next month. Paul Heyman could return there and cost Sikoa the match to help his Tribal Chief.
The Wiseman being back before the inevitable civil war at Survivor Series: WarGames would make the build-up to November's premium live event more interesting.
#2. Paul Heyman could acknowledge Solo Sikoa as his Tribal Chief
Paul Heyman suffered for months under the new Bloodline after Roman Reigns went on a hiatus. In the end, the WWE Hall of Famer was a victim of a brutal assault due to his loyalty to The Original Tribal Chief.
Roman Reigns did not bring back Paul Heyman with him, which may lead to The Wiseman claiming that he was abandoned by The OTC. The fifty-nine-year-old veteran could then part ways with Reigns and start managing the new Bloodline.
The Wiseman may realize that Solo Sikoa and his men are stronger due to the numbers game, so he may finally acknowledge the latter as his Tribal Chief.
#1. Paul Heyman could return to WWE with Kevin Owens
If Paul Heyman was really abandoned by Roman Reigns, then his is a similar fate to Kevin Owens.
KO stood by Cody Rhodes' side during his feud with The Bloodline. However, The American Nightmare formed an alliance with Roman Reigns despite him and his friends suffering so much at the hands of The Original Tribal Chief.
This has also led to Owens being at loggerheads with Randy Orton. The Prizefighter's state will probably get much worse if Sami Zayn also reunites with the original Bloodline.
KO was told by WWE to not come to SmackDown because of his attack on Rhodes after Bad Blood. The relationship between him and the officials of the Stamford-based promotion has deteriorated in the past few weeks.
All of this may lead to Owens and Heyman joining forces against the original Bloodline and Cody Rhodes. The Wiseman could negotiate the return of KO with WWE officials and become his manager.
The company could even book a storyline where Owens could get fired and Heyman could help him get his job back. It would feel realistic too because The Prizefighter's contract with the sports entertainment juggernaut is rumored to expire soon. The Hall of Famer could also go back to being an Advocate instead of a Wiseman this way.
