Possible feud with The Bloodline, Undisputed WWE Universal Championship - 4 reasons why Jey Uso must consider an alliance with The Judgment Day
Jey Uso is WWE Monday Night RAW's newest sensation. The talented performer spent several years as a member of the Friday Night SmackDown roster, but he jumped ship to the red brand. This was, in part, to get away from his family.
Upon joining Monday Night RAW, Jey was quickly confronted by Dominik Mysterio. The North American Champion surprisingly requested Jey join The Judgment Day, with other members seemingly interested in Main Event Jey Uso joining as well.
Unfortunately for the fearsome foursome, Jey turned down the invitation. In the weeks since, Uso has been battling the faction on a fairly regular basis. Still, the stable did initially mention that the invite was open ended, and Jey could join at any time.
Supposing that The Judgment Day's offer is still on the table, Jey may need to reconsider. This article will look at several reasons why the former tag team champion should at least consider joining the sinister WWE faction.
Below are four reasons why Jey Uso must consider an alliance with The Judgment Day.
#4. The numbers may be too much for Jey to handle
The Judgment Day is a faction made up of four core members. These members include Rhea Ripley, Finn Balor, Damian Priest, and Dominik Mysterio. Interestingly, all four stars currently hold gold in WWE.
Beyond the core four, many lump JD McDonagh in with The Judgment Day. While he's not technically part of the faction, at least not yet, he always helps them out. This is thanks to his long standing relationship with Finn that dates back prior to JD joining WWE.
With four or five people united, many superstars are unable to stand up to The Judgment Day. Jey has fallen victim to the fierce faction multiple times. Jey also knows the advantage to having strength in numbers, however. He may want to join the stable so he can have that advantage himself as opposed to fighting it.
#3. Jey could unite with them to finish off The Bloodline
As noted, part of the reason why Jey Uso joined Monday Night RAW was to get away from The Bloodline. He quit the stable, Friday Night SmackDown, and even WWE as a whole, until Cody Rhodes reached out to him.
He suffered verbal, emotional, and even physical abuse from Roman Reigns for years. When he finally stood his ground to combat The Tribal Chief, his family surprisingly supported The Head Of The Table instead of Jey himself.
Jey likely still wants to take down The Bloodline, but he can't fight three men on his own. If he links up with The Judgment Day, however, it'll be Uso who has the numbers advantage. Together, they may vanquish The Bloodline and prove that they truly run WWE.
#2. He may want to help change Rhea Ripley and The Judgment Day
Jey Uso has been pretty clear that he doesn't want to join The Judgment Day. Despite that, things weren't always bad with others. He and Dominik actually seemed to get along in their early conversations.
Beyond that, Uso seems to be like most other men and women in WWE. He appears to have an attraction to Rhea Ripley. Despite being on opposite sides, Jey still acts flirty from time to time. While that could be chalked up to mind games, it could mean something more.
There's a chance that Jey could join The Judgment Day and try to fix them. He may see there's good in Dirty Dom, Rhea, and the rest of the group. If he unites with the fearsome foursome, perhaps he can help guide them towards a better life, before they become too much like Roman Reigns & The Bloodline.
#1. Judgment Day could help Jey Uso win the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship
Jey's issues with The Bloodline are intense. Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso are his brothers and Roman Reigns is his cousin. At least prior to Jey quitting WWE, his goal wasn't just to leave the faction himself, but to save his brothers from the group.
While Solo and Jimmy unquestionably chose to be on Roman's side, Jey may still want to help them. Ultimately, he needs to vanquish The Tribal Chief in order to do exactly that. The best way to get rid of Reigns may be to dethrone him.
Roman has been the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion for a long time now. If Jey can dethrone Reigns and become the new Tribal Chief, Roman may disappear. Unfortunately, Uso has failed to do it on his own. If he had The Judgment Day helping him, however, he may finally win the world title.
