Pro-Wrestling News: Will Ospreay pokes fun at Pete Dunne's casual attitude during NXT's celebration
This week's episode of WWE NXT opened with a live celebration to mark the Black and Gold Brand's dominant performance at WWE Survivor Series where they outperformed RAW and SmackDown in their first-ever appearance. Superstars of NXT came out to Wrestle and Flow's Josiah Williams' rhymes and engaged with the NXT Universe.
Josiah Williams posted the video of the celebration and thanked WWE and WWE NXT for providing him with this opportunity as a part of the Thanksgiving tradition. NJPW's Will Ospreay retweeted the same post and pointed out how he found Pete Dunne's nonchalance during the live celebration to be hilarious.
He wrote how The Bruiserweight walked through the NXT Superstars "without a single bit of care" and requested Dunne to never change his behavior.
Will Ospreay and Pete Dunne
The current IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion is good friends with the former WWE United Kingdom Champion. Ospreay and Dunne have competed against each other on more than one occasion in numerous independent wrestling promotions.
The two wrestlers often poke fun at one another on social media as is evident by The Aerial Assassin's recent tweet.
Pete Dunne won a #1 contenders match at NXT TakeOver: WarGames and earned an opportunity to face Adam Cole for his NXT Championship at Survivor Series. Although he put up a valiant effort during their match and tried to take advantage of the injuries that Cole received the night before at WarGames, he was defeated by a resilient Cole.
