Reports all but confirm that injured star will not wrestle in a WWE ring again
– Daniel Bryan has been the most over wrestler with the fans for a long while now. Bryan who shoved his way into the main event scene at Wrestlemania with the help of his abilities and the fans’ voices won the WWE Championship and the Heavyweight Championship.
Bryan had to vacate the titles due to injuries but returned last year to win the Intercontinental Championship at Wrestlemania 31. Bryan was injured soon after and has been out for almost a year now.
Bryan has been cleared by almost all the concussion specialists except the WWE doctors. It was rumoured that Bryan had not been cleared on purpose and was also offered a non-wrestling contract.
It was also widely believed not only by the fans but also by the roster that Bryan would make his return at the Royal Rumble. That was not the case and his return seems indefinite. It is believed that Bryan’s future is in the hands of Vince McMahon.
Daniel Bryan is said to have spoken with Vince McMahon and the door has not yet been totally closed on him returning to the ring. WWE has been very careful in recent times with concussion related injuries with a lot of former wrestlers suing the company. It looks unlikely as the days pass, and the verdict on his return still remains indefinite.
