Returning giants, former champion & more - 4 WWE stars who could believably neutralize Jacob Fatu and Bronson Reed
Bronson Reed has been dominant on WWE television for the past few months. He was defeated by Seth Rollins at Crown Jewel but got his revenge by pinning The Visionary in the main event of last night's edition of RAW. The Aus-Zilla joined Solo Sikoa's Bloodline this past Friday on SmackDown and will compete alongside the faction in the Men's WarGames Match at Survivor Series 2024.
Jacob Fatu debuted with the promotion earlier this year and is currently the personal Enforcer of Sikoa. The former MLW star has acknowledged Solo Sikoa as his Tribal Chief and has been impressive so far during his first year in the company.
Both Fatu and Reed have been dominating the rosters of their respective brands for the past few months. Last Friday on SmackDown, The Samoan Werewolf and Aus-Zilla destroyed Roman Reigns and his Bloodline.
Listed below are four stars who could believably neutralize Jacob Fatu and Bronson Reed.
#4. Omos could return to WWE to combat The Bloodline
Omos has been absent from WWE television for several months. The former RAW Tag Team Champion has not competed in a match since the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal won by Bronson Reed on the April 5 edition of SmackDown.
The Nigerian Giant would likely not be intimidated by either Jacob Fatu or Bronson Reed as he towers over both men. Omos could return to the company in the coming weeks and take issue with The Bloodline on the blue brand.
#3. Braun Strowman could target Reed and Fatu when he returns
Braun Strowman and Bronson Reed were involved in a personal rivalry following SummerSlam that culminated in a Last Monster Standing Match on the September 30 edition of WWE RAW. Seth Rollins interfered in the match and helped The Monster of All Monsters pick up the victory over Reed.
Unfortunately, Strowman suffered a torn groin during the Last Monster Standing Match and has since returned to action this past Friday during a dark match. The former Universal Champion could reignite his rivalry with Reed in the weeks ahead. The veteran could also cross paths with Jacob Fatu, setting up a potential clash between the two stars down the line.
#2. Brock Lesnar may return to WWE to take down The Bloodline
Brock Lesnar has not appeared on WWE television for over a year. The Beast Incarnate last performed at SummerSlam 2023, losing to Cody Rhodes. Paul Heyman formerly managed the veteran, and The Wiseman may have reached out to him after The Bloodline betrayed him on the June 28 episode of SmackDown.
Lesnar may return in the coming weeks at the request of Paul Heyman to exact revenge on The Bloodline. Solo Sikoa could request that Jacob Fatu and Bronson Reed handle the former Universal Champion, but the 47-year-old may be too much for the two stars to deal with on their own.
#1. Oba Femi could make his main roster debut to confront The Bloodline
Oba Femi put together an impressive 272-day reign as North American Champion before Tony D'Angelo dethroned him on the October 8 edition of WWE NXT. RAW star Damian Priest recently predicted that Femi would become a "megastar" on the main roster, and the promotion may be ready to call him up from NXT.
The 26-year-old could make an immediate impact on the main roster by going after The Bloodline's Jacob Fatu and Bronson Reed. Femi may also be introduced as Paul Heyman's newest client when he arrives on WWE's main roster.
