Rhea Ripley to quit WWE after getting betrayed; new romance with major star? 4 directions for Mami following SummerSlam
Rhea Ripley's night at SummerSlam ended terribly. While Ripley looked dominant for the majority, she was struggling in the later stages as her shoulder popped out. At one point, The Nightmare was close to winning but was ready to sacrifice the title to hit Liv Morgan with a chair.
However, Dominik Mysterio stopped her from doing so and later helped Morgan win the match. Post this, Dominik also kissed Morgan, thus aligning with her and betraying his Mami. To sum up, not only did Ripley lose her chance to win the title, but she also lost her Dom Dom.
In this article, we will look at three directions for Rhea Ripley after her loss against Liv Morgan at SummerSlam:
#4. Rhea Ripley could quit WWE
From being one of the most dominant superstars on the roster to losing everything, Rhea Ripley finds herself in the most trouble she has been in her career. This loss against Liv Morgan and the betrayal by Dominik could lead to her quitting WWE.
On RAW, Ripley could do something Drew McIntyre did after CM Punk interfered in his match at Money in the Bank. Later, she could arrive to attack Morgan and complete her full-blown revenge on the Women's World Champion.
#3. Rhea Ripley can get a rematch at Bad Blood
For those unaware, WWE is set to bring back the Bad Blood Premium Live Event for the first time since 2004. Given the name and essence of this PLE, it would only be fair for the WWE Universe to witness a rematch between Liv Morgan and Ripley.
After all, Morgan did not only take away Ripley's title but also her Dom Dom. If anything, there has to be Bad Blood between the two women and this PLE would be the perfect destination to settle it.
#2. Leaves The Judgment Day
Before Rhea Ripley could get injured, her relationship with Dominik Mysterio was beyond perfect. However, in her absence, Liv Morgan became close with Dominik and the rest is history. On the upcoming episode of RAW, The Nightmare could blame The Judgment Day for not taking proper care of Dominik in her absence.
The former Women's World Champion could blame the faction for not stopping everything that was going on between Liv and Dominik. This could lead to her eventually leaving the faction. Also, given how Dominik treated her, Ripley would surely not want to be associated with The Judgment Day.
#1. Pairs up with Jey Uso
When Rhea Ripley returned to WWE and confronted Dominik Mysterio about Liv Morgan, Jey Uso made it seem that he likes Ripley. The Aussie superstar further added fuel to this when she was asked if she had Jey's number and Ripley replied "Yeet."
Hence, on RAW, there is a chance that Jey could team up with Ripley and help her face Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio. Given Ripley will most likely be a proper babyface after SummerSlam, this pairing between her and Jey would work well for WWE.
