Rhea Ripley to return and form a new alliance on WWE RAW? Exploring potential surprise

Rhea Ripley hasn't appeared on WWE TV since April when she was injured at the hands of Liv Morgan. The Eradicator has since been forced to relinquish her title and sit at home. Meanwhile, Morgan captured the Women's World Title and continues to make attempts to take Dominik Mysterio and split The Judgment Day.

Tonight on RAW, Liv Morgan is set to team with Mysterio against his father, Rey Mysterio, and Zelina Vega but there are rumors that Rhea Ripley would be waiting in the wings to make her return.

Ripley could have a plan, it's unlikely that she will invade the tag team match without having some backup of her own and she could decide to align with a former best friend to help take out Liv Morgan for good.

Liv Morgan is the heel in this scenario which means that Ripley would be seen as a face leading to her reuniting with her long-time friend Raquel Rodriguez.

No one knows Morgan better than Rodriguez, as they previously teamed up to capture the Women's Tag Team Championship in 2023. They have also faced each other in singles action.

Raquel has been absent for several months as she looks to overcome a recent medical condition. Could there be more than one WWE return tonight on RAW?

WWE completes their stay in Canada tonight as RAW heads to Ottawa. The Money in the Bank fallout episode of the red brand could see several surprises. The current speculation is that Mami could be set to make her return, but it's unclear where she fits in.

Morgan is still in the process of trying to take Mysterio and The Judgment Day from Rhea Ripley so a return now wouldn't fit with the storyline. It would make sense if she finds a way to win over Dirty Dom so that Ripley has nothing to return to, which was the whole point of Liv's Revenge Tour.
