Rhea Ripley’s replacement to be revealed, former Universal Champion is back? - 5 Things that could happen on WWE RAW after Crown Jewel
With WWE Crown Jewel in the history books, fans gear up for RAW this Monday, featuring the immediate fallout from the premium live event in Riyadh. Many matches held at the event involved cliffhanger finishes and left everyone wanting more.
Survivor Series: WarGames is also less than a month away. Therefore, the upcoming edition of WWE RAW will certainly be an important and eventful one that will set the tone for the last PLE of 2024.
On that note, let's look at five things that could happen on WWE RAW after Crown Jewel.
#5. Seth Rollins could win the Fatal-Four Way to become the No. 1 Contender for Gunther's world title
The World Heavyweight Champion, Gunther, was preoccupied with the WWE Champion, Cody Rhodes, in recent weeks. While he berated Rhodes, several challengers emerged in the background.
Damian Priest told The Ring General that he was coming for the world title. However, Dominik Mysterio wanted to beat his former friend to the punch, and he surprisingly defeated Priest on RAW last week.
In addition to Priest and Mysterio, a new challenger could emerge. Seth "Freakin" Rollins never received a rematch following his loss to Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania XL. Furthermore, his last title shot against Priest at Money in the Bank was marred by interference and controversy.
In a bid to bring back old rivalries, Sheamus has also been added to the mix for this Monday night. Keeping all these things in mind, RAW this week will feature a colossal Fatal-Four Way with the stars mentioned above to determine the next challenger for Gunther's title.
Rollins could seize the opportunity and Stomp his way to a World Heavyweight Championship match against Gunther at Survivor Series: WarGames.
#4. Braun Strowman could return on RAW to re-ignite his feud with "Big" Bronson Reed
"Big" Bronson Reed may want to finish his problems with Seth "Freakin" Rollins, but he could be greeted by a massive surprise with the return of The Monster of All Monsters - Braun Strowman.
Strowman was last seen defeating Reed in a brutal Last Monster Standing Match with some help from the returning Rollins. With The Visionary shifting his focus to the World Heavyweight Championship, Reed could be kept busy with a feud with Strowman.
The former NXT North American Champion would want revenge over Strowman, but it may not be that simple. If The Monster of All Monsters has recovered from his injury, he could return on WWE RAW to re-ignite his feud with Bronson Reed.
#3. The Wyatt Sicks might kidnap Scarlett Bordeaux
The Wyatt Sicks have picked their next target. Two weeks ago, they attacked The Final Testament, and Uncle Howdy choked Paul Ellering with The Mandible Claw. The Miz escaped the onslaught but paid a heavy price as he was kidnapped by the sadistic faction last week.
Nevertheless, Karrion Kross, the leader of The Final Testament, wasn't bothered by The Miz's abduction. Therefore, he may not be taking The Wyatt Sicks as seriously as he should. Howdy and his men could cross all boundaries to get Kross' attention.
Therefore, The Wyatt Sicks could kidnap Scarlett Bordeaux, much like they abducted The Miz. Owing to the nature of the circumstances, Nikki Cross would lead the attempt.
#2. Alexa Bliss could be revealed as Rhea Ripley's replacement to feud with Liv Morgan
Rhea Ripley can't seem to catch a break. The Eradicator suffered an untimely injury that will again keep her off TV for some time. Therefore, Ripley's feud with Liv Morgan will be put on hold till she is fit to return.
Morgan is the Women's World Champion, and she has to do more than boast on TV. Therefore, Triple H would have to find a new opponent for her. Enter Alexa Bliss, who has not been seen since Royal Rumble 2023.
The time is right for Little Miss Bliss to return and target the Women's World Champion. Furthermore, unlike Ripley's case, this program will be evenly matched.
Morgan may have The Judgment Day in her back pocket, but Bliss has a long-standing association with Uncle Howdy that could prove beneficial.
#1. Kevin Owens might confront Sami Zayn
Kevin Owens may be the most treacherous person in WWE today. Within the last month, he has turned his back on two of his most trusted allies. KO attacked Cody Rhodes backstage after Bad Blood, and Randy Orton suffered a similar fate when he tried to knock sense to Owens.
However, Owens has a different dynamic with Sami Zayn, his best friend. When Zayn was a member of The Bloodline, he still held some affection and regard for The Honorary Uce.
Unfortunately, The Bloodline civil war has dragged Zayn into their mess. KO could visit his best friend on RAW to offer a piece of advice. The Prizefighter could convince the former Honorary Uce to stay neutral and keep away from The Bloodline business.
