Roman Reigns to be forcibly moved to RAW during the WWE Transfer Window? Exploring the possibility
SmackDown has been home to Roman Reigns for some time now, and he will likely not want that to change. Having prevailed over The Bloodline and Bronson Reed at Survivor Series: WarGames, the Original Tribal Chief will now have a new goal. He will want to take back the Ula Fala from the self-proclaimed Tribal Chief Solo Sikoa. However, that plan could be foiled, as he could forcibly be moved to RAW.
The WWE Transfer Window has now commenced and fans are expecting some big moves across brands. There is no scenario where Roman Reigns would willingly leave SmackDown. After all, he wants to get the Ula Fala back from Solo Sikoa. But, he could be forced to make the move, thanks to his cousin, The Rock.
It is well established that The Final Boss holds a lot of power in WWE. He is a member of TKO's board of directors. In what could be a clear abuse of his standing, he could force Roman Reigns to move to RAW in an attempt to keep the Ula Fala on Solo Sikoa and make sure the latter remains the Tribal Chief.
It was already hinted at WWE Bad Blood that there could be some "plan" that The Rock and Solo Sikoa have concocted, and perhaps this is it. But, at the end of the day, there is no telling what the future holds and, as of now, this is nothing more than speculation.
Roman Reigns will have new problems to deal with if he has to move to RAW
If Roman Reigns were to switch over to RAW, the shift may not go very smoothly. While he does have rivals on SmackDown, he would also encounter challenges on the red brand. It could even be argued that the dangers on Monday nights are more formidable than the ones he currently deals with on Fridays.
To begin with, there is CM Punk, and although they do respect each other, they are not close. Next, Seth Rollins, his former brother-in-arms from The Shield, is someone he'd prefer to avoid seeing backstage or in the ring. And finally, Drew McIntyre. The Scottish Warrior has not been shy about expressing how he feels about Reigns and The Bloodline.
McIntyre couldn't have been more clear than he was last week. Not only is he suspected of being Jey Uso's backstage attacker, but he also delivered a devastating Claymore to Sami Zayn to close the show.
In other words, the OTC would be trading one hostile environment for another if he were to make the switch to the red brand.
