Roman Reigns to form new Bloodline with 3 monsters; Demon to reunite with his ex? 4 Twists that could happen in WWE this monthÂ
November was a great month for WWE. The company hosted two premium live events, Crown Jewel and Survivor Series: WarGames, and both were commercially successful.
The previous month saw several twists and turns, be it CM Punk joining forces with Roman Reigns and the OG Bloodline for WarGames or Shinsuke Nakamura becoming the new United States Champion. Fans should expect the same in December 2024.
The creative team could be planning some big things for the new month, which could set the tone for the new year and Royal Rumble 2025. The following piece will explore four such potential twists that could happen in WWE in December 2024:
#4. Finn Balor could turn face and reunite with Becky Lynch
All is not well between Finn Balor and Dominik Mysterio, as the stablemates have failed to get on the same page recently. The brewing differences between them could lead to the implosion of The Judgment Day.
The creative team could have "Dirty" Dom and his on-screen partner, Liv Morgan, turn on The Demon and kick him out of the faction. This potential angle could lead to The Prince turning face, leading to his reunion with ex-girlfriend Becky Lynch. For fans unaware, The Man was previously involved in a romantic relationship with Balor.
Becky has been on a hiatus following her controversial loss against Liv Morgan in May. The match saw Dominik Mysterio cost Lynch a potential win in a Steel Cage Match. Her contract subsequently expired in June. However, The Man is rumored to return to WWE shortly. Given that Big Time Becks has some unfinished business with Morgan and Dom, she could align with Balor to fight the heel duo.
The Prince reuniting with Becky Lynch to take on Liv and Dominik will certainly grab a lot of eyeballs. Balor could even bring out The Demon persona to wipe out the entire Judgment Day faction.
#3. Solo Sikoa could be kicked out of the New Bloodline on WWE SmackDown
The New Bloodline and "Big" Bronson Reed suffered a big loss against Roman Reigns' OG Bloodline and CM Punk at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames. Given that the self-proclaimed Tribal Chief, Solo Sikoa, was the one to eat the pin at the event, he could face some grave repercussions for it.
The upcoming episode of WWE SmackDown could see the heel stable turn on its leader, blaming him for the loss. The New Bloodline could lay waste to The Street Champ, kicking him out of the faction. Following that, Jacob Fatu could take over the helms of the faction until The Rock's potential return.
This potential angle could lead to fans turning sympathetic towards The Street Champion, leading to his reunion with Roman Reigns.
#2. Roman Reigns could add three new members to his team
Solo Sikoa may not be the only name to potentially join Roman Reigns in the coming days, as the Original Tribal Chief could add two more monsters to his team. With Jey Uso and Sami Zayn seemingly set to feud with Drew McIntyre in the coming weeks and Jimmy Uso injured, Roman could look for reinforcements.
Apart from Solo potentially reuniting with the Original Tribal Chief after possibly getting kicked out of the New Bloodline, the OTC could add Zilla Fatu and Lance Anoa'i to his team. While Zilla is the son of late legend Umaga, Lance is the son of wrestling veteran Samu.
However, unlike Lance, Zilla has yet to sign with the Stamford-based promotion. That said, he and Lance could shockingly join The Bloodline saga in the coming months and align with Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa to form a new Bloodline.
#1. Randy Orton could return to help Cody Rhodes at WWE Saturday Night's Main Event
Randy Orton has been on the sidelines due to an injury after he was brutally attacked by Kevin Owens on SmackDown last month. While there isn't currently a timeline for his return, The Viper may make a stunning comeback at WWE Saturday Night's Main Event on December 14.
As fans must be aware, Cody Rhodes is slated to defend his Undisputed WWE Title against Kevin Owens at the upcoming event. Given that Randy has a score to settle with The Prizefighter, The Apex Predator may return during the match to cost KO a potential win, helping Rhodes emerge victorious.
