Roman Reigns to be joined by legend & a monster, Seth Rollins replaced? 4 surprises that could happen at Crown Jewel 2024

WWE Crown Jewel 2024 is just two days away now. The premium live event will broadcast live from the Mohammed Abdo Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this Saturday.

Given the stacked lineup for the spectacle, the excitement amongst the fans regarding the PLE is palpable. With this being an international event, the creative team could be planning some big surprises to draw more eyeballs to the product.

The following piece will explore four potential surprises that could happen at Crown Jewel 2024:

#4. Brock Lesnar could return to cost Gunther a potential win at Crown Jewel 2024

Gunther will lock horns with Cody Rhodes for the inaugural Crown Jewel Championship at Crown Jewel 2024. However, the Imperium leader could face a big loss due to Brock Lesnar's interference.

The Beast Incarnate has been on a hiatus since SummerSlam last year. However, the company has made references to Lesnar several times in the last few weeks. It won't come as a surprise if the veteran makes a comeback this Saturday.

Lesnar could return to cost Gunther a potential win against Cody Rhodes, laying down the breadcrumbs for his rumored match against The Ring General.

#3. Sami Zayn could join Solo Sikoa's Bloodline

While the majority of fans may have welcomed Jey Uso's reunion with Roman Reigns, the same can't be said about Sami Zayn. The ex-Bloodline member confronted The YEET Master on Monday night, urging him not to get involved with The OTC.

Jey told Sami that he wouldn't understand since he wasn't family- a statement that seemingly left Zayn speechless and heartbroken. Later in the show, Sami Zayn was seen talking to Solo Sikoa.

Given the recent turn of events, the seven-time champ (four-time International champ, one-time RAW Tag Team champ, one-time SmackDown Tag Team Champ & one-time NXT Champ) could turn heel at Crown Jewel 2024, joining forces with Solo Sikoa.

#2. Seth Rollins could be replaced by Braun Strowman

Seth Rollins will lock horns with Bronson Reed at Crown Jewel 2024. However, that is in the air given how things unfolded on RAW this week.

The Visionary engaged in a massive brawl with Bronson Reed on Monday night. This resulted in Rollins getting hospitalized, given that, he may not be medically cleared to compete on Saturday night.

If so, WWE could replace Rollins with Braun Strowman. While The Monster of all Monsters was out due to an injury since last month, he is rumored to return shortly. Given he and The Tusunami Master have some unfinished business between them, Strowman could return to replace Seth Rollins against Reed at Crown Jewel 2024.

#1. Roman Reigns could be joined by Paul Heyman and Hikuleo

Roman Reigns and The Usos will face on The Bloodline in a six-man tag match this Saturday. However, the fourth member of the faction is likely to interfere in the match.

Given that, Roman Reigns' Wiseman Paul Heyman could return to help him even the odds against the Solo-led faction. The veteran has been on a hiatus ever since he was kicked out of The Bloodline. However, he could make a comeback this Saturday.

Heyman may not return alone as he could be accompanied by Tama Tonga's half-brother- Hikuleo. The six-foot-eight-inch monster is rumored to join The Bloodline saga shortly, and the company could pull the trigger on the same at the Saudi spectacle.

Hikuleo could accompany Heyman to the ring before helping Roman Reigns and The Usos defeat The Bloodline.
