Roman Reigns may have shared a MASSIVE update on former Bloodline member's return
Roman Reigns missed the latest edition of SmackDown, which emanated from Sacramento, California. However, WWE played a pre-taped video package on the show where he and Cody Rhodes had an intense confrontation at the Sanford Stadium in Georgia, California. It was one of the major talking points coming out of the show as both superstars had a one-on-one conversation for the first time in a long time.
Reigns may have also shared a massive update on the return of a former Bloodline member. The name in question is Jimmy Uso. During his promo, the former Universal Champion poignantly stated that Solo Sikoa and his group took Jimmy away from him. His words evoked a profound sense of loss and also indicated that the two still have a good connection.
Roman Reigns may have implicitly revealed that Jimmy Uso would side with him right away whenever the latter returns to WWE. The OTC emphasizing the fact that the 39-year-old 'was taken away from him' shows his emotional attachment towards the latter. Moreover, it indicates a poignant reminder of his loss, as Jimmy was close to his heart and part of his family.
Therefore, Roman has furtively given away that he and Jimmy do not have any bad blood despite the ongoing turmoil within The Bloodline in recent months. With both having a common enemy, the former Undisputed Tag Team Champion is expected to join forces with the Original Tribal Chief in the latter's battle against The Bloodline on SmackDown.
It will be interesting to see when the WWE Universe gets to behold Jimmy Uso's highly anticipated return and his alliance with Roman Reigns.
Roman Reigns may have also hinted at Jimmy Uso's return timeline
Jimmy Uso has not been explicitly mentioned on WWE television in recent months. However, for the first time in a long time, his reference was made when Roman Reigns mentioned him in the video package that was played on the show. It could be a subtle hint about his impending SmackDown return.
The Original Tribal Chief mentioning the 39-year-old in his promo drops a major inkling that the latter's return is seemingly on the horizon. Bad Blood could be the place where Jimmy Uso makes his much-awaited comeback, as he could show up after the tag team match between The Bloodline and Roman Reigns & Cody Rhodes.
However, WWE could also hold his highly anticipated comeback for the SmackDown after Bad Blood. It is because Cody would seemingly set out on a different path following the PLE after wrapping his business with the heel faction, which would once again leave Reigns alone.
Hence, it would set the stage for a monumental return of Jimmy Uso, adding more surprise and drama to The Bloodline saga.
