Roman Reigns' new Enforcer & Right-Hand Man to appear, 7-time champ to leave? 4 predictions for WWE RAW and SmackDown this week

The season premieres of WWE RAW and SmackDown last week lived up to the hype. From the exchange between Bret Hart and Gunther on the red brand to Roman Reigns' return on the blue brand - both shows were filled with some big moments.

Following a spectacular start to the new season, the company will look to keep the ball rolling in the new week as well. This could be another eventful week in WWE. Aside from the announced matches for RAW and SmackDown, the company is expected to continue building the ongoing storylines for Bad Blood 2024.

That said, here are four bold predictions for the upcoming WWE RAW and SmackDown:

#4. CM Punk could brawl with Drew McIntyre on WWE RAW

CM Punk will return on tonight's WWE RAW. This would be The Second City Saint's first appearance since he was brutally attacked by Drew McIntyre two weeks ago. Punk will address his upcoming Hell in a Cell Match against The Scottish Psychopath at Bad Blood 2024.

However, this may turn south very soon as potential interference from McIntyre during the segment seems highly likely. The Scottish Psychopath could come face-to-face with Punk, leading to a huge brawl.

However, given how McIntyre got the better of The Second City Saint two weeks ago, fans should expect Punk to stand tall over his rival tonight.

#3. Seth Rollins could return to exact revenge on Bronson Reed on WWE RAW

Bronson Reed will lock horns with Braun Strowman on tonight's WWE RAW. However, the 36-year-old may lose the encounter due to Seth Rollins' interference.

The Visionary has been off WWE TV ever since Bronson Reed brutalized him a few weeks ago on WWE RAW. However, there have been murmurs of him returning shortly. If those rumors are indeed true, tonight's RAW would be a perfect place for Rollins to return and exact his revenge on Reed.

#2. Bayley could leave WWE SmackDown

Bayley & Naomi will lock horns with Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton in a stipulation match on this week's SmackDown. As per the stipulation, whoever between Bayley and Naomi scores the pinfall will get a shot at the WWE Women's Title at Bad Blood.

However, if the babyfaces lose, whoever eats the pin will have to leave the blue brand. Given Bayley arguably doesn't have much left on SmackDown, it won't be surprising if the company has The Role Model take the fall.

Nia Jax and Tiffany could resort to unfair means to defeat the babyfaces, with Bayley eating the pin. This potential angle could then lead to the seven-time champion (two-time RAW Women's Champion, two-time SmackDown Women's Champion, two-time Women's Tag Team Champion, and one-time NXT Champion) being forced to leave the blue brand.

#1. Roman Reigns' new Enforcer and Right-Hand Man could appear on SmackDown

Roman Reigns returned on the last week's episode of WWE SmackDown. The Original Tribal Chief joined forces with Cody Rhodes to take out The Bloodline.

Despite his alliance with Rhodes, The Bloodline still has a numbers advantage, and could dictate the terms the next time they come face-to-face with Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes. Given that, the Original Tribal Chief could recruit a new Enforcer and Right-Hand Man.

Roman could have the son of the late great Umaga, Zilla Fatu, who recently teased his involvement in The Bloodline saga on social media, as his new Enforcer. While Jimmy Uso, who was kicked out of The Bloodline by Solo, could return as The Big Dog's new Right Hand Man.

The duo could appear on this week's SmackDown, joining forces with Roman Reigns to confront The Bloodline.
