Roman Reigns, potential Wyatt Sicks member and 2 other WWE stars who could return soon
WWE fever is sky-high as things kick into fifth gear heading into SummerSlam. While solid storytelling and drama have greatly contributed to the energy, recent surprise returns have excessively increased the excitement levels in the wrestling world.
Rhea Ripley's return last week took the entire locker room by storm, as Mami's comeback had immediate consequences for The Judgment Day and Liv Morgan. John Cena's shock retirement announcement at Money in the Bank still has fans reeling.
However, it appears as if Triple H may have a few other tricks up his sleeve. On that note, let's look at four WWE stars who could return soon.
#4. Roman Reigns could return at WWE SummerSlam
The "We Want Roman" chants are getting louder with each passing week, and fans may finally get their wish sooner than expected. Roman Reigns' return is on the horizon, and the former Universal Champion could return at SummerSlam.
In the absence of Reigns, Solo Sikoa assumed the role of Tribal Chief and led The Bloodline in a dangerous and vicious direction. After being successfully acknowledged by Jacob Fatu and Haku's sons, Sikoa is now calling himself "Head of The Table."
However, he may have to answer to his predecessor at SummerSlam. Reigns is expected to feud with Sikoa upon his return, and Triple H could set that rivalry in motion at The Biggest Party of the Summer.
#3. Jimmy Uso
Speaking of absent members of The Anoa'i Family, Jimmy Uso has not been seen since Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga viciously assaulted him on SmackDown after WrestleMania XL. Uso has been nursing an undisclosed injury.
WWE might be building toward another civil war within The Anoa'i Family as the Roman Reigns-led original Bloodline might collide with the newer version led by Solo Sikoa. Judging by his brother's betrayal and unwavering loyalty to Reigns, Jimmy is likely to stand by Reigns' side upon his return.
The 38-year-old Tag Team Specialist's singles run has yet to impress fans, but a key role in the impending Bloodline Civil War could bring him new life.
#2. Ludwig Kaiser may return to help Gunther
Ludwig Kaiser suffered an untimely injury in late June that halted his mini-push. Kaiser was embroiled in an engaging feud with Sheamus and Bron Breakker and was finding his rhythm outside of Gunther's shadow.
When Kaiser has healed, he could pick up where he left off or choose to help The Ring General, who faces a tough challenge in Damian Priest at WWE SummerSlam. The Judgment Day looms in the background, giving Priest an advantage.
However, if Gunther could get Kaiser in his corner, it may help neutralize The Judgment Day, especially if the German wrestler taps into his aggressive side.
#1. Alexa Bliss could join Wyatt Sicks
Alexa Bliss has not been seen on WWE television since early 2023. The last major angle Bliss was involved in featured Uncle Howdy, who was seemingly attempting to bring out a darker side of the former Women's Champion.
Recent teases suggest that Little Miss Bliss may pick up where she left off by joining Howdy's Wyatt Sicks faction. As an integral component of the late Wyatt's Fiend character, the former Money in the Bank winner would be a fitting ally to the sinister group.
Like other members of the group, Bliss has also suffered much pain as of late. In addition to the loss of Wyatt, she hasn't found championship success in a long time. All of these frustrations could lead her to join Uncle Howdy upon her highly anticipated return.
