Roman Reigns to recruit new Bloodline member upon WWE return? Exploring potential scenario

Roman Reigns could be plotting to recruit a WWE Superstar to The Bloodline once he returns to SmackDown. The Head of the Table has not appeared since his loss to Cody Rhodes in the main event of Night Two of WrestleMania XL.

Solo Sikoa has named himself the new Tribal Chief during Reigns' hiatus and has made massive changes to The Bloodline. He kicked Jimmy Uso out of the group following his loss to Jey Uso at WrestleMania and has replaced him with three new stars. Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu have all recently joined the faction, and they brutally attacked Paul Heyman last month after The Wiseman refused to acknowledge Sikoa as his Tribal Chief.

Reigns could be watching all of this unfold and decide to contract Jacob Fatu during his hiatus. He could potentially persuade the former MLW star to betray Solo Sikoa upon his return to the company. Fatu may understand that his best chance of success in WWE is to align with Roman Reigns, and he could be waiting for the perfect time to betray Sikoa in the weeks ahead.

Former WWE manager is looking forward to Roman Reigns' return

Wrestling veteran Dutch Mantell is excited about Roman Reigns' upcoming return and is looking forward to his confrontation with Solo Sikoa.

Speaking on the most recent edition of Sportskeeda Wrestling's Smack Talk show, the legend wondered who would acknowledge who when Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa have a face-to-face. Mantell added that the promotion has multiple options for the storyline in the future.

"What I would like is for Solo and Roman to face off. And who's gonna acknowledge who? What they've done is they've opened all these doors so we're not locked in a corner. They got different ways to go and they'll bring it all together at SummerSlam and going further down the road," said Mantell. [From 16:52 onwards]

WWE Hall of Famer Teddy Long recently claimed that Roman Reigns should return to SmackDown as a babyface. Only time will tell how the 39-year-old will react to the changes in The Bloodline during his time away.
