Roman Reigns to reunite with former WWE stablemate on SmackDown return - Exploring potential swerve

Roman Reigns' WWE return could happen any day now and it seems that the former Tribal Chief could be in need of some backup.

The Bloodline has been recruiting in his absence and will look very different when he does finally return for the first time in more than three months. Reigns has seemingly been watching along from home and is aware that he will need some backup, which could come in the form of Jimmy Uso.

Jimmy Uso was dumped out of The Bloodline by Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga just days after WrestleMania when it was confirmed that their mission statement had changed and The Bloodline couldn't retain his services following his loss to his own brother.

Uso has since been sidelined due to an injury but reports suggest that he could be ready to make his return and could be at Roman Reigns' side.

It remains to be seen if Reigns returns at SummerSlam to cost Solo Sikoa his World Championship or if he will show his cards before the show.

Will Roman Reigns return at SummerSlam?

A return at SummerSlam seems like the most feasible but Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa and Jacob Fatu will all be in Sikoa's corner so he will need to return with backup.

Jimmy Uso has his own issues with Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga and it would be interesting to see if Jacob Fatu is revealed as the man who betrays Sikoa to make the sides even leading into Survivor Series.

Fatu is an interesting addition to Sikoa's Bloodline and clearly isn't someone who cares much about loyalty so he could have been sent from Reigns and could show his true colors when the real Tribal Chief returns. Paul Heyman is also expected to make his return in Reigns' corner when the former World Champion makes his return.
