Morgan and Dominik made their alliance official at SummerSlam after weeks of The Miracle Kid making towards The Judgment Day member. 'Dirty' Dom helped Morgan retain the Women's World Championship against Rhea Ripley at The Biggest Party of the Summer. The duo went on to kiss after the match, leaving Mami heartbroken.
While both stars are currently top heels on the red brand, a recent report from PWInsider Elite suggested that WWE is thrilled with the reactions Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio have been receiving since being paired together.

Dominik Mysterio turned into the ultimate heel at SummerSlam as he betrayed Rhea Ripley to align with Liv Morgan.
While fans were stunned at the former NXT North American Champion turning on Mami, Francine explained the thought process behind the move. The WWE veteran noted that Ripley was better off as a babyface without 'Dirty' Dom.
"I thought Dominik played his role well and think about it; it's hard when you have a duo that they cheer for one and boo for the other, so what are you going to do? You've got to turn that one guy heel. Rhea is a babyface. Dom was bringing her down. Even though I saw the spoiler, I could see this a mile away. Think about it. It's hard, only because I liked the angle, I liked the advancement, and I want to see where this goes. I think it was a four-star match. I just enjoyed it as a fan. It's pretty good. If you can pop me, I dig it," Francine said.
Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio competed in their second match together this past Friday after SmackDown went off the air. However, the duo was on the losing end as Braun Strowman and Kairi Sane picked up the win in the dark contest. There are rumors that Morgan and 'Dirty' Dom could face Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest in a mixed tag team match at WWE Bash in Berlin.
