Backstage update on The Bloodline adding a female member on WWE SmackDown - Reports

The Bloodline has utterly dominated WWE SmackDown over the past few years under Roman Reigns. And now it appears that the group is expected to continue to do the same with Solo Sikoa at the helm.

It appears that while there are several rumors surrounding potential new members who might join the group, there could be a female addition. According to a recent report by Fightful Select, Naomi's name was brought up in meetings about joining The Bloodline before she returned to the Stamford-based company, although she has been part of her own storylines recently.

However, Nia Jax has never been pitched to join The Bloodline and the report notes that Tamina was no longer on the road and essentially done with the company's day-to-day affairs. This means that both women are unlikely to be added to the group, but Naomi could be a person of interest.

This is particularly interesting since her husband, Jimmy Uso, could be set to make his return soon and she could reunite with him if he joins Roman Reigns in The Bloodline.

The Bloodline has been missing a female member since their WWE debut

The Bloodline initially consisted of The Usos and Roman Reigns, but it seems that fans have been pushing for a female addition for several years. Tamina was a helping hand in the early days backstage, while there have been rumors about Nia Jax and Naomi, even though the WWE Women's Champion claimed she wasn't interested.

There are some stars like Dakota Kai, who is of Samoan descent and could join forces with Reigns or Solo if either of them needed a female recruit. The women in WWE are pushed well under Triple H, but it would be something new to see one of them working within The Bloodline. This would also allow them to pick up stories with stables like The Final Testament who also have a female member in their group.
