Backstage WWE reaction to Machine Gun Kelly's alleged confrontation with Randy Orton at SummerSlam - Reports

Machine Gun Kelly alleged that he got into a confrontation with Randy Orton backstage at SummerSlam. A report has emerged with some details on how people in WWE reacted to the claims and whether it was legitimate.

The popular musician accompanied Logan Paul at The Biggest Party of the Summer for his United States Title match against LA night, which he lost. After the event, MGK revealed on Logan's podcast that he confronted The Viper backstage because he remember seeing the WWE veteran saying some bad things about him.

According to Fightful Select, no one has seen any video of Randy Orton and Machine Gun Kelly having a confrontation to corroborate the claims, and people did try to look for the footage. WWE talent or members of the staff that Fighful spoke to said they did not hear about the alleged incident until the Impaulsive episode. It was thought that MGK was just working, as he seemed happy at SummerSlam.

The report also mentions that anybody who asked Randy about the incident was told that it didn’t happen. The Viper also denied the claims on X.

WWE veteran Jim Cornette thinks Randy Orton will turn on Cody Rhodes

At Bash in Berlin, Kevin Owens challenged Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship. The Prizefighter did not turn on The American Nightmare during or after the match.

However, Jim Cornette thinks that Randy Orton will be the one to turn on Cody Rhodes.

"I wasn't sold on the idea it was gonna happen, I was like this what they're trying to do but this is a red herring, because right now, Kevin Owens turning on Cody Rhodes would diminish when Randy Orton turns on Cody Rhodes, which I'm sure is going to happen and is where all the big money is," said Cornette.

The Viper turning heel and challenging Cody for the coveted title is something that many fans want to see. Only time will tell whether this will happen.
