BREAKING: WWE Legend replaced at major shows due to injury - Reports
A WWE Hall of Famer is facing multiple health issues and had to be pulled out of major shows for this weekend, but his replacements have now been named. Two other Hall of Famers have stepped up.
Kevin Nash has been a force in the indie scene even while being mostly retired. He has made several appearances over the years when required at different events. Now, ahead of this weekend, he was supposed to be appearing for MCW in Maryland and also for Adrenaline Championship Wrestling. Unfortunately, the star won't be appearing at either and reportedly has had to pull out of the events.
As per a report from PWInsider, Nash is dealing with a serious back issue that is preventing him from traveling to Florida to fulfill his commitments. However, the two promotions are not going to be left high and dry. Two replacement Hall of Famers are filling in, in his stead. Instead of Kevin Nash, JBL and Booker T will be making appearances at the events. The promotions also posted about the changes on the news.
"We were informed early this morning that @RealKevinNash suffered an injury and will not be able to travel and attend either of our events this weekend. We have been working diligently to find suitable replacements and are happy to announce that #WWE Hall of Famers @BookerT5X and @JCLayfield will be taking his place."
With the duo stepping up, Nash missing the show is not quite as bad for the fans. Details of what the back issue entails have not emerged quite yet.
Sportskeeda wishes WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash a swift recovery.
