Heartbreaking update on Bronson Reed's WWE future following injury at Survivor Series: WarGames - Reports
Bronson Reed did not have the outing he would hoped for at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames as he suffered an injury in addition to being on the losing end of the 5v5 encounter. A new report has provided an update on the situation and things do not look good for the Aussie star if it is to be believed.
Reed was on the best run of his WWE career in the last few months as he defeated multiple former world champions. The powerhouse was also involved in the Bloodline storyline as he joined Solo Sikoa's side for the WarGames match. However, he suffered an injury during the match as he attempted a Tsunami from the top of the cage, hurting his ankle from the fall.
While WWE previously noted that Bronson Reed will be out of action indefinitely, a new report from Wrestling Observer Newsletter has stated that the Aussiezilla will be undergoing foot surgery which will keep him out for months. He is also unlikely to make it to WrestleMania 41.
Injury has not dampened WWE star Bronson Reed's spirits
Bronson Reed suffered a major setback during one of the best runs of his pro wrestling career.
However, the injury has dampened the Australian's spirits as he recently sent a motivating message on social media:
"I believe that in this business, you have to keep evolving. This is just another time to do so. Your outlook on situations can make or break you. My spirit is unbreakable," he wrote
Reed's push began after SummerSlam when he took out Seth Rollins and sidelined him for months. The powerhouse then had a brief rivalry with Braun Strowman and The Miz, even defeating the latter. The Visionary then came back to resume his feud with Bronson. The two men got a victory each against one another, with Bronson Reed getting the last laugh.
The Australian star was then approached by Solo Sikoa to be part of his team at WarGames. Reed fared well inside the steel structure. However, his attempt to take out Roman Reigns with a Tsunami from the top of the cage backfired as he injured his ankle.
