Huge update on The Rock's WWE return after Roman Reigns gets pinned at Crown Jewel 2024 [Reports]
A recent report has shed light on The Rock's much-anticipated return to WWE as the Bloodline saga continues to keep viewers riveted. The Final Boss was last seen making a one-off appearance in the closing moments of Bad Blood 2024.
The Great One's heel run from early this year left fans wanting more. Following WrestleMania 40, he left to fulfill his acting commitments but not before teasing a showdown with Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Title. The Rock finally returned months later at Bad Blood, where he had a staredown with Rhodes, Roman Reigns, and Jimmy Uso, bringing the house down.
Since then, there's been rampant speculation about what's next for him. Amid this, the OG Bloodline has continued to feud with the Solo Sikoa-led version of the stable. They suffered a setback at Crown Jewel 2024, where Reigns was pinned by Sikoa. Now, Xero News has dropped a major tease about The Rock's return.
The insider account posted a GIF of The Final Boss and captioned it with "January," which could mean the WWE legend might return early next year.
WWE veteran Vince Russo believes The Rock is winning Royal Rumble 2025 next year
On a recent edition of Sportskeeda's Legion of RAW, Vince Russo shared his prediction about what the future could hold for The Rock upon his return. The former WCW Champion firmly believes The Great One would make a surprise appearance during the 2025 Men's Royal Rumble and emerge as the winner.
"I'm just gonna leave it with this. What's today's date? Write this down everybody November 4th. I said this on this show a couple of weeks ago. I'm gonna say it once [again], we're gonna let it lay. The Rock is winning the Royal Rumble. Leave it alone."
There are multiple directions WWE could go in with the Hollywood megastar's return. He could ideally have a dream match against Cody Rhodes or get involved in the Bloodline saga.
