Wrestling veteran wants to see a John Cena rematch with former champion

During a recent Q&A session with WrestleVotes, wrestling veteran Bill Apter, while talking about John Cena’s farewell tour next year, expressed how former United States Champion Austin Theory could potentially face the 16-time World Champion once again, as their first encounter at WrestleMania 39 did not deliver the on the hype.

He felt A-Town Down had brushed up on his professional wrestling skills and was now a different performer than he was two years back.

“This may sound totally insane, but that horrible match he had against Austin Theory years ago. Austin Theory is a different ring performer at this point. I think to see Austin Theory come out and say, 'That match was terrible. It was one of the most awful matches we've ever seen in WWE. Let's do it again, Cena,'" Apter said.

It will be exciting and thrilling to watch the Leader of the Cenation, back in action for the last time in 2025, and to find out who will stand as his final opponent in the company.
