Major star reportedly set for blockbuster return after Roman Reigns and OG Bloodline win at WWE Survivor Series 2024

Following Roman Reigns' and OG Bloodline's resounding victory in the WarGames match at WWE Survivor Series, a former stable member is reportedly close to returning. If the betting odds for Royal Rumble 2025 are anything to go by, The Rock will likely return and win the Men's Rumble Match on February 1.

Since The Final Boss made a one-off appearance at Bad Blood 2024, where he confronted Reigns, Cody Rhodes, and Jimmy Uso, fans have been waiting for his full-fledged WWE return. While many assume The Rock would join the ongoing Bloodline saga, others think he'll go after Cody's Undisputed WWE Championship.

With Royal Rumble 2025 less than two months away, fans have been speculating if The Brahma Bull would attend the marquee premium live event. Even the betting odds, as per BetOnline, are falling in favor of The Rock's return and victory during the Men's Rumble Match.

However, the outcome is hard to predict, as the contest could feature several other worthy contenders, including John Cena.

Mark Henry wants The Rock to get involved in the Bloodline saga in WWE

On a recent episode of the Busted Open Radio podcast, Mark Henry suggested an interesting scenario for The Rock's involvement in the Bloodline story.

The veteran stated that while he wanted to see The Final Boss appear at Survivor Series 2024, he would love to see him return as a "taskmaster" to Roman Reigns and stand as an obstacle on his journey to WrestleMania 41.

"I was the guy that wanted to see The Rock show up [at Survivor Series] and go, 'Well, so, you're the Tribal Chief. Well, the Tribal Chief is beneath who I am, which is the High Chief.' And there be some task, thrown your way. Make The Rock, the 'taskmaster.' 'You want to go to WrestleMania? You either going to do what I tell you or you going to tell what I tell you,'" Henry said.

Considering how widely talked about The Rock's potential return has been, WWE would undoubtedly leave no stone unturned to deliver on the promise.
