Multiple injuries suffered during the Bloodline WarGames Match
WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2024 is officially in the history books. The event went off-air with a bang as expected with the grueling Men's WarGames Match between Roman Reigns' OG Bloodline and Solo Sikoa's Bloodline. The high-stakes match entertained fans as the men involved in the contest pulled off some risky moves.
Recent reports indicate that multiple superstars suffered injuries in the 2024 Men's WarGames Match. The stars who sustained injuries include Jimmy Uso, Bronson Reed, and, seemingly, Jacob Fatu.
Jimmy has been an underrated ace for the OG Bloodline. With his aerial offense, the 39-year-old star caused serious damage to his opponents. Speculation of his injury arose after he took a risky leap from the top of the steel structure.
During the Survivor Series: WarGames 2024 post-show press conference, Jey Uso confirmed that his twin brother, Jimmy, had broken his toe while performing the Uso Splash from the top of the steel structure. It seems to be a real injury and not part of the storyline.
Bronson Reed climbed the steel structure to perform a Tsunami on Roman Reigns, who was lying motionless on a table. However, CM Punk saved the Original Tribal Chief from the attack. Fans noted how awkwardly Reed landed on his ankle. Later, a report from Fightful Select stated that The Aus-zilla injured one or possibly both ankles during the maneuver.
Jacob Fatu was also seen limping after the match, which was a point of concern for fans. However, Corey Brennan of Fightful reported that The Samoan Werewolf was not legitimately injured and was merely selling the injury as part of the storyline.
What is next in The Bloodline Saga?
With a major victory at Survivor Series: WarGames 2024, Roman Reigns and his OG Bloodline have leveled the playing field against Solo Sikoa's Bloodline. Now, the Original Tribal Chief could challenge Solo for a singles match to reclaim the Ula Fala.
WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H might book a singles match between Solo and Roman for the Ula Fala at Saturday Night's Main Event on December 14, 2024. It will be interesting to see what the Stamford-based promotion has in store for The Bloodline Saga moving forward.
