Odyssey Jones WWE update - Reports

WWE finally brought Odyssey Jones to TV but then pulled him within one month. There have been heavy rumors and speculations about Jones' future with the company, and now sources have revealed information from Jones' side of things.

Officials brought the star to RAW on August 5 to help The New Day in their war against The Final Testament. Jones, Kofi Kingston, and Xavier Woods beat AOP and Karrion Kross on August 19, but Jones' involvement furthered tension between Kingston and Woods. Jones was not used after August 19. On September 2, it was revealed that Jones had been removed from the WWE roster. The removal came amid internal rumors about a change in his status, but talents were surprised to find out. Sources revealed the next day that Jones was pulled from TV due to domestic violence allegations. It was reported that the company fired Jones.

According to Fightful Select, there has been a new update on the matter. While rumors have been abound about the star's future, there has been nothing for his perspective. The latest reports have a different take on the scenario. World Wrestling Entertainment still hasn't confirmed Odyssey's departure. However, the 30-year-old hasn't been on RAW and is no longer involved in The New Day's storyline.

Jones has not commented publicly on his status, but this latest report indicates that he may be looking to salvage his career and move forward. A source noted that Jones wanted to preserve his reputation, but no additional details were provided.

Odyssey Jones made many fans during his brief stint on RAW in August. One of those admirers was WWE's Chief Content Officer Triple H.

Jones arrived on the August 5 RAW, taking out AOP by himself to assist The New Day against The Final Testament. Triple H took to X after the segment to praise the rising superstar.
