Popular star reportedly still signed to WWE despite recent actions online
A popular WWE star's recent activity online led several people to speculate about their departure from the Stamford-based company. However, the name in question, Kayla Braxton, is reportedly still signed to the wrestling promotion.
The 33-year-old signed with the company in 2016. The SmackDown backstage interviewer has been an integral part of the company over the years. Braxton recently changed her X (formerly Twitter) username from '@KaylaBraxtonWWE' to '@kylabecker_tv.'
The surprise name change led several fans to believe Kayla Braxton might be heading out of the company. A user on X asked Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful about the same. The latter responded by claiming that Kayla was still with the global juggernaut.
"She's still with WWE," wrote Sean Ross Sapp.

Former WWE champion refers to Kayla Braxton as annoying
Zelina Vega was recently drafted to Monday Night RAW. The former Women's Tag Team Champion fired shots at Kayla Braxton following the move.
During a recent appearance on WWE's The Bump, Vega opened up about her thoughts on Braxton. She referred to the latter as annoying while claiming she was glad she would be far away from the backstage interviewer following her move to the red brand.
"Who?" Vega asked. "I feel like there's too many people running around, like, they went to journalist school for like a day, and now they are asking me questions. I don't know. It feels weird. [...] She was really annoying. Either way, I'm glad to be away from that as well. That's a good thing." [From 29:29 to 30:06]

Zelina Vega is currently out injured. She was scheduled to lock horns with Shayna Baszler in the first-round match of the Queen of the Ring tournament. However, due to an injury she sustained ahead of the contest, Vega was replaced by Maxxine Dupri.
Vega's last in-ring appearance was against Legado Del Fantasma's Elektra Lopez on the May 5 edition of SmackDown. The former champion won the match against Lopez. It remains to be seen how long it will take for Vega to get back inside the squared circle again.
