Potential spoiler for Cody Rhodes-Roman Reigns Tag Team Match at WWE Bad Blood - Reports

The historically significant WWE PLE, Bad Blood, returns on October 5 at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, with Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns supposedly headlining the show. To the surprise of many, they will be on the same side for a change.

The two have found themselves in an awkward situation, as they have a common enemy in The Bloodline. The American Nightmare and the Original Tribal Chief met at the Georgia Tech Field recently. Each man highlighted their history with the state of Georgia. Reigns has played football there during his time of education, while Rhodes is the hometown hero.

Cody Rhodes asked Roman Reigns to have his back against Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu. Many believe that the two rivals would not be able to coexist. Meanwhile, BetOnline has brought to light the betting odds for the upcoming tag team match at Bad Blood, among other contests on the card. The power group is expected to walk out of the State Farm Arena with the win.

Cody Rhodes & Roman Reigns -2000 (1/20) The Bloodline +700 (7/1) Note: Odds suggest Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns have a 95.2% chance of winning.

Contrary to BetOnline's report, WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry felt Reigns and Rhodes would not get along with one another, even for a night. According to Henry, their disagreements could prove detrimental to their success at Bad Blood.

What are the other contests expected to happen at WWE Bad Blood?

Five matches have been announced thus far. The likely main event of the show would be CM Punk vs. Drew McIntyre inside Hell in a Cell, as Bad Blood's tradition is to have this stipulation close the event.

Other matches include Liv Morgan defending the Women's World Championship against Rhea Ripley, Damian Priest vs. Finn Bálor, WWE Women's Champion Nia Jax vs. Bayley or Naomi, and a rumored addition could be World Heavyweight Champion Gunther vs. Sami Zayn.

As per BetOnline, Punk, Morgan, Priest, and The Ring General are expected to walk away with the win in their respective bouts.

Jax's title defense was omitted, as her opponent is yet to be determined. Bayley and Naomi pinned her together this past Friday during a tag team contest. SmackDown GM Nick Aldis later informed them that they would go one-on-one next week, and the winner would face The Irresistible Force at Bad Blood.
