Potential spoiler on opening segment for WWE SmackDown - Reports

A potential spoiler for the opening segment of tonight's edition of WWE SmackDown has been revealed. Tonight's episode of the blue brand will air live from Orlando, Florida.

Nia Jax defeated Lyra Valkyria to win the Queen of the Ring tournament earlier this year. As a result of winning the tournament, she earned a title match at WWE SummerSlam earlier this month. The Irresistible Force defeated Bayley at the Premium Live Event to capture the WWE Women's Championship.

According to a report from Ringside News, Nia Jax will be kicking off tonight's episode of SmackDown with a championship celebration.

Jax has become friends with Tiffany Stratton on SmackDown. However, The Buff Barbie emerged victorious in the Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Match last month in Toronto, Canada. Stratton can cash in for a title match at a time and place of her choosing. Jax recently gifted Stratton a new Money in the Bank briefcase after Bayley destroyed the original one.

Former WWE writer claims the promotion should turn star babyface to feud with Nia Jax

Wrestling veteran Vince Russo believes WWE should turn Tiffany Stratton babyface to feud with Nia Jax.

Speaking on a recent edition of Sportskeeda Wrestling's Writing with Russo, the legend suggested the company turn Tiffany Stratton babyface. He added that he views Jax as a "legit heel" and that the promotion should try to get wrestling fans to feel sympathy for Stratton during the rivalry.

"Nia Jax, I think, is a legit heel. So she is a legit heel. She is bigger and beefier than Tiffany Stratton. So, if you want to make that mean something, you are just gonna have to put some sympathy on Tiffany Stratton. If they can do that through story and turn her babyface, I think it will be good. But again, from a writing point of view, they have not done that very well." [1:19 onwards]

Jax has been dominant since her return to the company last year. It will be interesting to see if anyone interrupts her celebration later tonight on SmackDown.
