Rhea Ripley debuted new character following WWE RAW return - Reports

Rhea Ripley returned last night at the end of WWE RAW and it seems that she has come back with a completely new character.

According to a report by PWinsider, Ripley is now listed as a babyface whilst all other members of Judgment Day are still seen as heels on RAW. Ripley only appeared on RAW for a few seconds last night, so it was unclear what her character is, but it makes sense for her to be seen as a face now as Liv Morgan has become a popular heel in her absence and she is now her main rival.

The Judgment Day as a whole has been seen in more of a positive light lately. Damian Priest even took back the agreement he made with Seth Rollins last night on RAW, which could be the first hint that the group could be transitioning into babyfaces.

The issue here would be Dominik Mysterio, while Rhea Ripley has always been a popular face within the WWE Universe, Mysterio has always been booed out of the building. It's likely that even if all of The Judgment Day turn face then Mysterio would remain heel.

What is the plan for Rhea Ripley on WWE RAW?

Rhea Ripley is one of the biggest stars in WWE at the moment and is expected to step into a feud with Liv Morgan over the Women's World Championship heading into SummerSlam. The two women are also seemingly set to battle over Dominik Mysterio.

There is no update on whether Ripley is now cleared to return to the ring or similarly to CM Punk is now appearing on TV whilst she waits to be cleared.

The WWE Universe has been waiting for the match between Morgan and Ripley for several months and it could finally be set to take place next month.
