Hall of Famer Scott Hall looking forward to IC Ladder match at WM 31

Former WWE star and Hall of Famer Scott Hall who has been four times Intercontinental Champion during his career, seemed excited about the upcoming Intercontinental Title Ladder Match at WrestleMania 31.He geared up the WWE Stars for the IC title match and dared them to make it big at Wrestlemania 31.Check out his tweet below:
