Seth Rollins to turn heel and invade major WWE Bad Blood match attacking former ally? Exploring the potential
Seth Rollins obviously has revenge on his mind since he was sidelined by Bronson Reed several weeks ago after six Tsunamis. The Visionary initially returned from a hiatus since WrestleMania to challenge Damian Priest for the World Heavyweight Title.
However, he was eventually dragged into the rivalry between CM Punk and Drew McIntyre. He served as the Special Guest Referee for their match at SummerSlam before the attack by Reed.
Seth Rollins will surely be sitting at home shaking his head about the fact that Rhodes has chosen to side with Reigns after the hell the two men were put through on the road to WrestleMania.
The only question here is whether or not he will do anything about it and involve himself in the match between the two men and The Bloodline at Bad Blood.
Rollins could attack Rhodes which would lead to a DQ win for the faces, but it could also lead to a storyline between Rollins and Rhodes heading into Saudi Arabia.
Seth Rollins lost his WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania to Drew McIntyre after he opted to pull double duty to help Rhodes. It would be fitting for him to want to take back a world championship for his efforts, which could lead to a major match at Crown Jewel.
Seth Rollins is expected to return to WWE in the coming months
Rollins's WWE return date is not yet public information but the company recently revealed the Saturday Night's Main Event poster, scheduled for December 14, and Rollins was featured.
While stars have been on posters and not appeared in the past, since all cards are subject to change, it seems that the former world champion will be expected to return at this point.
Rollins has several targets he could go after including CM Punk, Bronson Reed, and now Cody Rhodes. It will be interesting to see who he opts to go after when he does make his return.
