Shock assault on Sister Abigail, unexpected alliance with current champions? - 4 ways Alexa Bliss could return on WWE RAW tonight
WWE has a wealth of talented performers exhibiting their prowess on RAW, SmackDown, and NXT every week. While the promotion arguably has more stars than ever before, there is also a wealth of performers currently out of action.
For example, the likes of Charlotte Flair, Seth Rollins, Asuka, Jimmy Uso, Omos, Carmella, Becky Lynch, Dakota Kai, Alexa Bliss, and various others have been missing from television or are expected to be absent for quite a while.
One of those names could be on her way back to television sooner rather than later, however. Alexa Bliss has been away from the company for over a year and a half now due to having a child, but many believe her return is coming sooner rather than later.
There is a chance that return could come in the form of an appearance on Monday Night RAW later tonight. This article will take a look at a handful of ways the former RAW Women's Champion could make an impact if she does indeed make a comeback on the red brand's next episode.
Below are four ways Alexa Bliss could return on WWE RAW tonight.
#4. The Goddess could align herself with The Unholy Union
The Unholy Union is a tag team comprised of WWE Women's Tag Team Champions Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre. They've also united with the talented Blair Davenport on SmackDown, thanks to the rule that the holders of the belts are allowed to go to any brand at any time.
Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre are set to put their WWE Women's Tag Team Titles on the line during RAW tonight. They will fight the Pure Fusion Collective of Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark and Damage CTRL's IYO SKY and Kairi Sane in a Triple Threat Tag Team Match.
While the Unholy Union has recently linked up with Blair Davenport, the former NXT UK star is a member of SmackDown and seemingly can't be by their side on Monday nights. In what could be a shocker, Alexa Bliss could return and help them retain their title.
This would then make The Unholy Union a trio on RAW, but a four-woman stable overall. Bliss is certainly spooky enough to work with the witches.
#3. She could join The Wyatt Sicks
The Wyatt Sicks is one of the newest stables in WWE and the fans just can't get enough of it. The faction is led by Uncle Howdy, aka Bo Dallas, and he's joined by Dexter Lumis, Nikki Cross, Erick Rowan, and Joe Gacy.
Many have believed that The Wyatt Sicks would have six members, but as of now, that isn't the case. Instead, the five stars named above are the only official stablemates. That could change come WWE RAW tonight, however, as Alexa Bliss could join the group.
Bliss has a long history with Bray Wyatt, the man the group is honoring. Not only that, but Uncle Howdy was clearly recruiting her prior to Alexa getting pregnant and leaving television. Tonight, she could appear and reveal herself as a member of the fiendish faction.
#2. Alexa Bliss could shockingly attack Nikki Cross, aka Sister Abigail
As noted, The Wyatt Sicks features five members. Notably, Nikki, who portrays Sister Abigail brought to life, is the only female performer in the WWE faction.
In what could be a major twist, instead of Alexa Bliss returning to join the WWE faction like many hope, she could instead attack them. More specifically, Alexa could take out Nikki Cross in shocking fashion before cutting a scathing promo revealing why.
For starters, she could feel jealous that a different star of the women's division was included instead of her. Beyond that, Nikki and Alexa used to be tag team partners and friends, but they split once Bliss joined The Fiend's side. Could Alexa still have animosity with Nikki and feel her joining the group was a betrayal of sorts?
#1. She could be revealed as co-WWE RAW General Manager
Triple H revived the concept of the WWE General Manager last year after the Vince McMahon-led administration killed it off many years ago. Ava runs NXT, Nick Aldis is in charge of Friday Night SmackDown, and Adam Pearce oversees RAW.
While all three are great in their roles, Adam Pearce has had a tough time maintaining control over the red brand on Monday nights. The likes of Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed have been going crazy and even injuring various performers.
Adam clearly needs help. While many expected Kiana James to be the one who supports Pearce, Alexa Bliss could return as the co-General Manager. She is excellent on the microphone and wouldn't be afraid to put stars in their place - be it giant big men, athletic marvels, or even friends from her past.
