SK's take on reported plans for WrestleMania 34

Will the King of Kings look to humble the Prizefighter?
Will the King of Kings look to humble the Prizefighter?

According to a report from the Dirty Sheets, WWE has pencilled in 5 matches for WrestleMania 34. They are as follows:

a) Brock Lesnar (c) vs. Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship

b) Jinder Mahal (c) vs. John Cena for the WWE Championship

c) Charlotte (c) vs. Ronda Rousey for the SmackDown Women's Championship

d) Triple H vs. Kevin Owens

e) AJ Styles vs. Shinsuke Nakamura

There have been rumours about most of these matches for several months now. In fact, it's safe to say that Roman Reigns will be coronated at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome barring an act of God. A potential dream match between AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura has already made several rounds on the rumour mill.

If Ronda Rousey does have a WWE match, Charlotte maybe her most logical opponent. Meanwhile, John Cena is a free agent, and his chase for a record-breaking 17th World Championship reign is easily the biggest attraction that SmackDown Live can offer at the Showcase of the Immortals.

However, the one match that looks a bit peculiar is Triple H vs. Kevin Owens. While the Prizefighter's attack on Vince McMahon could serve as the catalyst for this feud, the Game has primarily been associated with Raw since the brand split, so the logistics might prove to be a bit tricky.
