Solo Sikoa's second Enforcer to team up with Jacob Fatu; major star to be written off TV? - 5 last-minute predictions for WWE Bash in Berlin 2024

WWE Bash in Berlin 2024 will emanate from the Uber Arena in the German capital tonight. The show will be the last premium live event the Stamford-based promotion will hold in Europe this year.

Five matches are scheduled for Bash in Berlin. Cody Rhodes will defend the Undisputed WWE Championship against Kevin Owens, while Randy Orton will collide with World Heavyweight Champion Gunther. Moreover, CM Punk and Drew McIntyre will meet again in a Strap Match.

Additionally, The Terror Twins will take on Women's World Champion Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio in a Mixed Tag Team Match. Lastly, The Unholy Union will also defend their WWE Tag Team titles against Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill.

Here are the final predictions for WWE Bash in Berlin.

#5. CM Punk gets the equaliser against Drew McIntyre at Bash in Berlin

The rivalry between CM Punk and Drew McIntyre has been one of the most intense programs WWE has featured in 2024. The Scottish Warrior currently has the upper hand over The Best in the World due to his win at SummerSlam earlier this month.

The first star to touch all four corners of the ring will be the winner of tonight's match. The encounter will likely feature a lot of brutality.

CM Punk will probably get his first singles win in WWE in more than a decade tonight.

This would equalise things between Punk and McIntyre and possibly set up their final showdown in a Hell in a Cell match at Bad Blood in October.

#4. Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill win back the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship

The Unholy Union dethroned Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill as the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions at Clash at the Castle in Scotland back in June. They have had a pretty decent run with the titles, but their reign may end at Bash in Berlin.

The event is only set to feature three title matches and only the Women's Tag Team Titles are likely to change hands. Triple H probably added this bout to Bash in Berlin, so that the event can feature an unexpected title change.

Belair and Cargill will probably become two-time tag team champions tonight. In case that does not happen, a shocking heel turn from The EST of WWE is a possibility. But it might be too soon for her partner to go solo, so there are low chances of it happening.

#3. The Terror Twins stand tall at Bash in Berlin

Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest will finally have an opportunity tonight to avenge the betrayals they faced at SummerSlam.

It is possible that Finn Balor, JD McDonagh, and Carlito try to help Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio during the match, but their tactics will likely fail. The babyface team needs to win for the storyline to progress properly.

A win for The Terror Twins tonight would allow WWE to set up another Women's World Championship match between Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan. The company could also go for Damian Priest vs. Finn Balor at Bad Blood.

Dominik Mysterio will likely get pinned by his former Mami at Bash in Berlin tonight.

#2. Gunther has his first successful title defense at Bash in Berlin

Gunther will put his World Heavyweight Championship on the line for the first time against Randy Orton at Bash in Berlin tonight. The Ring General needs to defeat The Viper clean this time to prove that he was the deserving winner of King of the Ring.

A physical match is expected with Gunther coming out on top tonight. It could possibly main event the show as the German crowd will be behind the World Heavyweight Champion due to his history in the country.

#1. Cody Rhodes retains the Undisputed WWE Championship, The Bloodline shows up with Hikuleo

Cody Rhodes will defend his Undisputed WWE Championship against Kevin Owens in what will likely be a solid match. The American Nightmare is not expected to lose his title anytime soon, so he will probably end up retaining.

Kevin Owens recently talked about the champion's knee not being hundred percent heading into Bash in Berlin, so it will likely come into play during the match.

If Owens loses, he may end up turning heel and injuring Rhodes' knee to the point that the latter suffers an injury which keeps him out of action for the next couple of weeks. But WWE will probably delay the Owens turn for a while because of The Bloodline teasing to target the winner of the match.

They could attack Rhodes after he retains the title and Solo Sikoa could even bring Hikuleo as his second Enforcer to join forces with Jacob Fatu to make it a deadly assault.

This would make the group more dangerous ahead of a potential WarGames match with Roman Reigns' Bloodline at Survivor Series. Hikuleo's debut would also give Bash in Berlin a major Bloodline-related moment.
