The Judgment Day to attack 40-year-old star and cost him a huge title match on WWE RAW? Exploring potential

The Judgment Day has changed a lot in the last 48 hours, with both Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley being kicked out. In their place, Carlito and Liv Morgan have stepped in, giving the faction a new look. That being said, the new look does not equal a new outlook. So much so, that the group could stick to tradition and attack a 40-year-old star, costing him a huge title match on WWE RAW.

As many may have already guessed, the 40-year-old star in question is Sami Zayn. Last night on RAW, it was announced that Zayn would get his rematch with Bron Breakker for the Intercontinental Championship next week. However, it is the interaction between Zayn and Jey Uso during this announcement that may have caught the attention of The Judgment Day.

While feigning worry over his rematch with Bron Breakker, Sami Zayn had an interesting conversation with Jey Uso. The Main Event tried to hype up Zayn before his match next week, and in the process, he made a statement that would not sit well with The Judgment Day. He announced, that after Zayn wins back the Intercontinental title, he would then go on to become double champs, implying that they would both go after the tag titles.

This is more than enough reason for Judgment Day to attack Sami Zayn next week. After all, Finn Balor and JD McDonagh are the current World Tag Team Champions.

With all that was said last night, it would not be surprising to see The Underdog from the Underground attacked next week. But, this is nothing more than speculation, and only time will tell if things go down as predicted.

Finn Balor recently made a huge statement about The Judgment Day

The primary reason behind Finn Balor's betrayal of Damian Priest, in many people's eyes, was jealousy. The Prince was envious of the success Priest had, both as an individual superstar and as the World Heavyweight Champion. Two areas in WWE that Balor himself has not made many strides in recently. But, Balor's reasoning behind his actions goes in a whole other direction.

The 43-year-old admits that he was unhappy seeing Priest as champion, especially considering his belief that it was Priest who cost him the title at SummerSlam 2023. But, what irked Balor the most, was the ego and attitude The Archer of Infamy developed upon winning the title. With that in mind, Balor took to Instagram to make an emphatic statement about this new version of The Judgment Day, claiming it is one with no egos and no leaders.

How long this will hold true remains to be seen. After all, this is a problem that seems to have followed the group since its inception. Either way, it will be interesting to see how this storyline unfolds.
