The Rock to hire a new Enforcer; Roman Reigns to reunite with Solo Sikoa? 5 predictions for The Bloodline on SmackDown
The post-Bad Blood episode of WWE SmackDown is expected to be an eventful affair. Last Saturday, The Rock made his shocking return and made the whole situation between The Bloodline and Roman Reigns a lot more interesting.
As the Road to Crown Jewel kicks off for the blue brand tonight, a lot of major developments could take place in The Bloodline angle.
Here are five predictions for The Bloodline on WWE SmackDown this week:
#5. The Rock could make Kevin Owens his Enforcer
Cody Rhodes got the win against The Bloodline in the main event of Bad Blood. However, his night did not end on a good note as The Rock returned, and The American Nightmare got assaulted by Kevin Owens immediately after the show.
The Undisputed WWE Champion joined Roman Reigns despite the problems the Original Tribal Chief caused for him and his friends in the past. To give him a taste of his own medicine, Kevin Owens could join forces with The Rock.
KO hates Rhodes now, so he would be the perfect guy to be The Final Boss' Enforcer. This would also open the door for Sami Zayn to return to SmackDown and reunite with the original Bloodline to take on his real-life best friend again.
#4. Solo Sikoa could challenge Roman Reigns to a match
Roman Reigns pinned Solo Sikoa after Jimmy Uso returned to help The OTC win the tag team match in the main event of Bad Blood.
The self-proclaimed Tribal Chief could call out his cousin tonight and challenge the latter to a singles match. Reigns could accept it, leading to an encounter between them in an upcoming episode of SmackDown or at Crown Jewel next month.
#3. A huge 6-man tag team match could take place on SmackDown
The Bloodline attacked Cody Rhodes at Bad Blood after Roman Reigns and Jimmy Uso left the ring. This led to the Original Tribal Chief and Jimmy saving The American Nightmare.
The post-match angle was likely an indication that the beef between the two sides was not over yet. Things may get worse tonight in a potential brawl, which could force WWE SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis to announce a huge six-man tag team match for the main event.
Roman Reigns, Jimmy Uso, and Cody Rhodes could team up against Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, and either Tama Tonga or Tonga Loa. The Rock could make another appearance after the match on SmackDown and take out The OTC and The American Nightmare with the help of The Bloodline.
#2. The Rock could be revealed as the real Tribal Chief
The Rock stared down Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes after returning to WWE TV at Bad Blood, which means The Great One will feud with both stars in the coming months.
The Final Boss could take over The Bloodline in the upcoming episode of SmackDown and have Solo Sikoa acknowledge him as The Tribal Chief. He could take the Ula Fala and reveal that he ordered Sikoa to deal with The American Nightmare in his absence.
This may lead to a civil war between The Brahma Bull and the Original Tribal Chief's versions of The Bloodline at Survivor Series: WarGames next month.
#1. Solo Sikoa could reunite with Roman Reigns on SmackDown
Solo Sikoa took over The Bloodline after WrestleMania XL and kicked Paul Heyman and Jimmy Uso out of the group. He also denounced Roman Reigns as The Tribal Chief. However, his run as the leader of The Bloodline has not been very successful so far.
The Street Champ lost to Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam and then got embarrassed by The American Nightmare and Roman Reigns at Bad Blood again. His constant failures may have triggered the return of The Rock.
It is possible that The Rock kicks Sikoa out of The Bloodline as a punishment and orders Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa to assault their Tribal Chief on SmackDown this week.
This may lead to Sikoa apologizing to Roman Reigns and reuniting with The OTC for a match against The Rock's Bloodline at Survivor Series: WarGames.
